Geek Squad — Local services in Mankato

Tried to call and get info on if they had a part and could perform a needed repair for my cell phone. Got shunted to some call center. After not really listening to what I needed fixed, I was told I would need to talk to the individual store (go figure). They attempted to transfer me and I ended up back with the call center again... needless to say, I did not continue. Get someone to answer the phone locally or provide the call center with the information needed to answer...

I visited with a majorly damaged iPhone screen that needed repair. Josh and Anton were great help in getting it replaced. There was some accessibility issues in trying to prepare the phone, which they found clever ways around to get the phone diagnosed. Unfortunately, another screen was out of stock at the time, but they set me up well to have it replaced elsewhere....
