If I could give this place a zero I would. Not only did our order get switched with someone elses. When we opened up our 2 large onion rings, both larges so they came in a white tray container. The one onion ring was so caked in grease the container had a thick layer of grease in the bottom and each onion ring was dripping with grease to the point of being inedible. The second container of onion rings were also very over greased and the inside of the batter was raw. I also ordered a chicken bacon ranch for my son, he got a regular chicken sandwich with mayo and he cant have mayo. Lastly I ordered a flame burger which is supposed to be really spicy every dairy queen I've been to it has been really spicy. By the time I finished my burger I didnt taste any spicy sauce it was like eating a regular burger. If this wasnt enough this was after I had already had to go in to have our order fixed because they switched ours and someone elses order. I also noticed a guy saying he couldnt fix anymore burgers then 2 seconds after popping two premade burgers in their wrappers into a microwave before giving them to us. If I want microwaved burgers I will buy frozen and cook them at home. Way cheaper and frankly would probably taste better. The only thing in the order that did taste good was our drinks. Pretty sad for a $45 meal for 4
Doesnt change the fact the food was disgusting and the onion rings weren't just greasy liken fried food they were literally bathing in grease, and the other ones had raw batter on the inside. Free food you mean two little smashed cold plain cheeseburgers. I had to go somewhere else to buy my family food and throw out our order from yall. That doesnt make up for it. Those little cheeseburgers are dollar menu type and I paid close to 50 for our meal that ended up in the garbage. Then had to pay even more out to get us a meal from...
Read moreLoved that I was able to use my coupon which made my meal super cheap. But I got a chicken strip basket and my toast was still soft and tasted like it wasn’t even buttered. It was like they literally put fresh bread in my meal and didn’t do anything to it. My fries were also tasted like they were hardly salted and a little soggy like they had been sitting in the box for a while even though I started eating after about 5 minutes of getting my food. I know I shouldn’t complain about fast service, but I felt like my food maybe almost came a little too fast. There was one vehicle in front of me and I didn’t have to wait more than 10 seconds for them to pull forward. I hadn’t even put my car into park at the payment window to get my card out and the woman was trying to pass me my meal. Made me a little suspicious that they almost had the food already made and we’re just letting it sit out until someone ordered it. This wouldn’t surprise me if I came around lunch time, but I went at 2:30 in the afternoon, so I assumed it would have taken a couple extra minutes to make the food fresh. Maybe this is normal, but just seemed a...
Read moreWhen this DQ opened the service and facility was the best. The last few months I have been greatly disappointef, several of my friends feel the same way. Staff does not seem to understand when the order is given service is slower, they do not appear to understand the items offered. They appear to visit among themselves more than helping the customer. Customer service has gone down the tub. Will go to Wells,or Stoltzman facilities.
Personally I feel staff maybe immature and need closer supervision, also more training in service to the customer. A customer should not have to repeat giving a family order 4 times than ask if he needs to write the order down. When ordering a " large chocolate dipped cone" I shouldn't need to explain what is wanted. If I order and pay for a sandwich I should get a sandwich with my order. Like I mentioned I original post when facility opened service and food was great, but there has been a recent change,we also visit at noon and...
