Bomgaars — Local services in Mankato

Usually a good store to shop at but today I went there to get softener salt and dog treats and the guy at the register was super rude. I don’t even leave reviews on stuff but this really ticked me off. I brought my stuff up to the register and he didn’t say a word to me and acted like he was annoyed that I was there. He also didn’t think to bag my stuff until I reached for a bag and then he started tossing stuff in. I don’t remember what his name was and even if I did I wouldn’t want to put someone on blast like that but definitely talk to your staff and make sure that doesn’t become a pattern. I ordered this bench from Bomgaars. Online on other websites, it'd been listed anywhere between $500 and $760. Bomgaars had it for $199 on clearance. We set it up to be delivered. Later, I found out that they rarely deliver. They'd gone out of their way to ensure that I was able to enjoy the bench in my own yard as my boyfriend and I don't own a pickup or trailer. They dropped it off and set it next to the firepit as I'd asked, no questions. I wanted to tip the driver, but they were in and out so fast that I hadn't even known they'd been here. Bomgaars had lots of good products and we enjoyed shopping there. The day we visited there were older teenage boys who were friends of one of the workers running around the store yelling, as well as, running around on the Courtesy scooters for people who can't stand the whole time they shop.
