Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mankato

Second time I've ordered online, figured I would toss a review on here! The website can be a bit broken with ordering, but I have managed to get my order through correctly. Thats not an issue to me. What I want to say is I am greeted by multiple friendly faces that work the counter, you have multiple people making the pizzas, looks like a well planned operation! I appreciate the Can-Cozie with the Papa John's logo! Also, pizza was well toppled, cooked to perfection, no complaints from me! I hope you stick around to serve the Mankato area. Undercooked. Every single time. Even if you ask for long bake. Missing items every single time. They sent me a pizza with all the cheese sauce and topping piled in the middle surrounded by 3 inches of crust. They need to shut down for a couple weeks and completely retrain the staff AND the management. I get it when it’s the first few weeks. But it’s actually gotten worse in the last couple months. Was excited to try PJs again. But $50 for 2 "large" pizzas (and that's with a coupon for $8)? They weren't as good as I remember and the ham/bacon tasted like it was from a honey glazed ham or something... too sweet. My whole family was confused as we remember PJs being really good. I'll stick with Pizza Ranch and Jakes. Service was good and were delivered 10 minutes early.. so...
