Birrieria Mama Rosa #5 — Restaurant in Manor

I usually don’t review places but this place deserves every ounce of 5 stars. I’ve been here several times over the last 5 months and not a single time was I disappointed. We usually get quesa Birria special and the torta with birria. The birria tacos were good, every thing is normally great but on 11/2 at 2pm I ordered them and got nothing but attitude from a rude girl who looked 16ish years old and once I got my food (that they never called out, I had to go check) my consume was ice cold. I love these food truck chain, but unfortunately, this location is my least favorite, the past two times when I’ve gotten a torta, in the five minutes, it takes me to get home. The sandwich is so soggy the entire thing falls apart. I know there’s some sauces in there, but I don’t think the sandwich should be completely drenched.
