This is by far, the worst Taco Bell in the entire Greater Austin Area. Every time I take my family here, we deal with slow service. With no one in the store and only 2 cars in the drive-thru, I can wait for 10-15 minutes for a couple of $5 box meals.
I initially took pity on them and assumed it was due to the new location and employees. Unfortunately, they have now been established and it never seems to get any better.
Just a few days ago I chanced going to breakfast because of McDonald's raising their prices again.
I ordered 3 grilled breakfast burritos (bacon, sausage, fiesta potato w/o pico de gallo), 2 sausage flatbread quesadillas, and a soda. I had to wait about 10 minutes in the drive-thru. When I got the food, they had burned the tortillas for all the grilled burritos. They mislabeled the bacon and sausage and put pico on the potato (they read me the order back when I placed it and they knew no pico). Then the sausage quesadillas were half bacon for no reason whatsoever.
I have filed a complaint with their franchise because adding ingredients to an item can be a major issue due to food allergies (not us, but someone could react to it). We will see what they comeback with... hopefully an employees RESET.
FYI: I go to the Burnet Taco Bell in North Austin frequently and I would rate them a 6 out of 5 stars if I could figure out how. Never a compliant and food is...

Then they took over 30mins to get me the food. My bf ordered on mobile and I at the counter and everyone that came in after and ordered in person got food before us but we all had to go back and ask for the staff to actually make our food and we had to stand and watch to make sure it was done. My bf was served food with extra and missing ingredients as well as a Pepsi with no ice that was warm to the touch. Read moreThey seriously have issues here! Manager, look at the camera from June 13 at around 4:15 PM and notice me standing at the register for 10-15 mins while everyone ignored me. I had an online order that should have been quick to pick up but nooooo. When I finally received my food it was missing the nachos...then watch me again wait for another 5 mins to get someone’s attention about the missing item. Then watch me wait another 5 mins for someone to bring me the nachos. I’m appreciative of the lady who asked if I’ve been helped because I’m glad someone noticed me standing there unlike no one else.
