It has been the worst last expierences, the only time they get an order right is when the tall lady with the blond short hair takes the order, i have to constantly keep paying for food i do not order! I do not go back because i wont have enough time for my lunch, mind me i wait 20+ minutes for my order to be made wrong and i order 2 hours early so when my lunch time comes still late 20+ minute late! I paid for a steak ala mexicana last time when i wanted a steak fajita ala mexicana taco plate. mind me that was fully RAW i can not eat raw meat! Only reason i tried to eat it was because i had not been eating well the past few days and i was starving but i ended up more sick after. I asked for a steak fajita quesadilla ala mexicana and i got this? how in the world is this a ala mexicana quesadilla? mind me i had to ask them for grilled unions and everything else which i clearly received RAW & I had to ask for salsa, i could of easily walked off without paying but no i had to wait to pay AGAIN for something i did not ask for. Thats just few of the times only reason i come back its because the FEW times my orders where done right the food is great, i really hope i can some sort of management to reach out to me seriously has been the worst times.

Updating my review from one to five stars. I have never seen a place change so much in such a short amount of time. My husband wanted to try the breakfast here and I did not, but I gave it a go for him, so I came along with family. Hands down, it was the best meal we have had in Manor. We went for breakfast and it was the only scratch-made meal I have found since we moved here and that includes everything from breakfast places, to lunch to dinner at other Manor restaurants who like to serve up canned and frozen pre-made dishes that I just can't get behind... The breakfast potatoes, the refried beans, the hot tortillas, the salsa. All scratch made in addition to the various egg plates we got. Fresh cut vegetables in the egg dish, rather than frozen. Seasoned perfectly. Hot. I hear, after posting this elsewhere, that they fired the kitchen manager and are retraining and it showed. First time we had impeccable service here as well. Her name was Isabelle. They literally went from one stars to five. I have NEVER seen that before. I will absolutely give them another go at dinner. So I am updating my review accordingly. They earned it. Big servings too. No one left hungry and my husband also has a new favorite place to grab brunch.

I've been looking for a closer TexMex spot for a long time & saw this place, thought I'd check it out. I hate to say it, but you're better off going to Chilis. I sat at the bar, because I was by myself. As a former bartender it blows me away how a bartender can't even be bothered to greet a guest when they sit down, especially when they aren't busy at 4pm on a Tuesday. Secondly, water should ALWAYS be offered at a bar, but I suppose i can let that slide. Thirdly, at least TRY to show you care, if even just a smirk. I felt like I was just bothering the bartender. I joked a little bit with the bartender and got a little bit of a smirk, I guess they were having a bad day. The margaritas I had were pretty watered down. Now that that is out of the way, the food was very, "meh," it came quick, which is nice I guess, if it was good. I ordered fajitas, and a container of tortillas was put in front of me right after I ordered, so they sat and got cold by the time the food arrived. The fajitas were kinda bland overall. All said and done, hate to say it, but I'd probably go somewhere else.

We met some family members that had just flew in from out of town. We were looking for a good place to eat after they had been traveling all day. So, we arrived at the restaurant and every thing was okay at first. We figured out that our server was new so we were patient with her. The small requests that we asked for seemed to be very difficult for her to fulfill. Yet, we were still patient. We finally got our food (after struggling with ordering it), aannnnddd of course, it was wrong. Our family members' plates were completely wrong. My husband and I ordered the fajitas for 2 for $40.99 plus tax and it was basically 5 tiny pieces of chicken and 5 tiny pieces of steak mixed in with a bunch of onions and green bell peppers. It wasn't even enough meat to place in the palm of your hand. We had to move the onions and green bell peppers out of the way just to find the meat. We should've taken a picture, but we forgot. We asked for the manager (Liliana) and when she arrived, we asked if that was the correct portion of meat, and she stated that that was the correct portion for 2. She also informed us that before she got there, there were no measurements of meat. Meat was just being dumped on to plates, so basically, she was stationed there for portion control. So, if you're wondering why your portions are different and customer service is lacking, this is why. Our server became extremely rude, not allowing us to finish our statements, and she kept saying that she had no control over the kitchen. Placing all of the blame on the kitchen staff and taking no accountability. The kitchen staff only prepares what you request, so who was really at fault? This location does not have to worry about us coming back. I would suggest that you and your families to not dine here neither. We wound up eating...

I have never experienced worse customer service than here. It took 40 minutes to get my first beer and the only reason that I finally did is because my husband arrived and said something to someone at the bar. I had already been sitting there with no beer for 30 minutes when my server walked up and asked if they had not brought my drink yet. She never asked my husband if he wanted anything after he sat down. I then asked for a menu which I never got. A manager finally was able to be flagged down. I explained the situation and told him we just wanted to pay our tab and then leave. That took another several minutes. He was not apologetic and merely said that they were short-staffed, and asked if we wanted anything else. I said no, that I had asked for a menu 30 minutes ago and had not gotten one, and reiterated that it took 40 minutes to get my first beer. Everyone seated in the bar section seem to have the same complaint tonight. We watched another couple walk out on their tab, and two women that were trying to get their tab for what appeared to be about 45 minutes. The server was not checking on the tables, and nobody could close out, order anything else or get anything else brought to their table. This was unfortunately my first time going into this restaurant, and I do not think that I will be returning again. It is unfortunate as we live close, and were hoping that this place was going to be great. The food is good but the service was absolutely terrible and I cannot support somewhere that is apathetic about their...

Hello Casa G in Manor! Out of town visitor here that wanted to give a whole whole bunch of kudos to server David that helped my bestie and I on my visit on 8/31/2023. I was in town for the Godsmack concert(which I ended up not attending)and my bestie and I ate dinner there. The whole time David was attentive and sweet and meticulous about our needs during our meal. I ordered the taco plate which was delicious, the only thing I would say is back a bit off of the grease as the meat was kinda swimming in it every time I took a bite. The rice and beans were well made. David's service went above and beyond so please pass this recognition off to him. I wish we had one where I live, which I won't say where I am from but even still if we had one of you in my po-dunk controversial town, it wouldn't do well because we can never have anything nice here without it moving on. Love you guys and look forward to eating there again. Love the atmosphere, it was lively and raucous for the beginning of the weekend. Probably not a good first date place as it was loud and it made it hard to hear but a great place to entertain friends and family and watch sports and maybe even relax after a hard day at work. Thank you for creating a wonderful experience for me. I would recommend your establishment to anyone who says anything...
