Like a previous reviewer, I made a mobile drive-thru order and it was the most horrendous experience in fast food that I’ve ever experienced in Manor. If you live here, you know how low the bar is for fast food restaurants. Never in my wildest dreams would I have expected Chick-fil-A to fall in line with that level of quality.
After I scanned the QR code to confirm my order, I was given a message that there was an internet connectivity issue, though every other app and website worked fine.
I tried for 5 minutes to notify an attendant as the app advised. She finally walked over to me when she was trying to find another customer whose order she was holding. I politely explained to her the situation. She looks at me as though I have 2 heads, and proceeds to tell me that I have to exit and reenter the line. I politely advise her that what she said isn’t helpful as the issue would most likely repeat itself and just result in more of my time wasted.
She walks away and sends out another employee, named Alysha. This new employee doesn’t greet me with even a hello. They swiftly repeat that I need to reenter the line. I try to explain the situation again and I’m continuously interrupted. She then confirms the name on the order without me telling her, so I know she has seen my order. She then advises me with a rude tone that I will now have to wait on all 5 cars behind me to be served before I could receive my order.
As she walks away while I’m still speaking to her, I calmly drive my vehicle off the premises and forfeit my order and the money I spent.
As a Black man with my wife and child in the car, it was the safest decision.
Never will I step foot in a Chick-fil-A again.

Read moreAbsolutely horrendous service. Went in on 4/29 at around 9 PM and received very poor customer service and got my order wrong. Pulled into the drive thru and Me Soe took my order. He was curt, rude, and oblivious. Asked for no cheese on my spicy deluxe to which he said "I can't do it without cheese." I replied with "Oh, it comes with cheese and I always order it without, it's never been an issue." He replied with an aggressive tone saying "Yeah, I can't do it without cheese" and looked at me as if I was stupid. I know you can do it without cheese because...obviously you can? He then goes "Yeah, I don't know. You're gonna have to tell them no cheese once you're up there." Once again I was at a loss for words because was I supposed to walk into the kitchen to say "No cheese?" I don't know what his expectation was. He keeps fiddling with his iPad and eventually says "Uh ok no cheese got you." I proceed with my order to which he continuously pretends to act oblivious to everything I'm saying. I had three meals and one side of mac and cheese in total. Once I get to the pick-up window, I receive my order from very rude and unwelcoming team members who didn't smile and spoke in a yelling, monotone voice and only said "Name?" and "Bye" throughout the entire interaction. I get home and of course my sandwich has cheese and the mac and cheese is missing. My experience at this Chick-fil-A and especially my experience with Me Soe was horrible. not sure where to even begin but some things to note. teach employees to not rush orders. dont say "what else or anything else?" with an attitude. also dont have them wear a head set or air pods while taking orders outside or inside. to many times do you have 1 employee distracted by another 1 trying to multi task and not take an order. have to repeat order multiple times cause they simply arent listening.
also dont have racist employees who just lean against the walls. some girl was wondering if i spoke english or understood when they asked for name so they just put a random mexican name down. I even showed on phone how payment went through and they some how could not find order.
dont run out of items at 7pm. twice now they have ran out of either strips or nuggets early. again with the younger staff you need to evaluate them and micro manage them harder.
and my best advice dont hire any1 from manor. this town is going down hill and staffing from here will only doom your company. do any research and you will notice that trend at any business operation here.
