When I arrived at the parking lot, it was mostly filled. There was one spot open. However, one of your delivery people parked over the line so it was next to impossible to get in. To make matters worse, they were taking up a handicap spot. I have a picture of it if you want it. Next, I go inside where I am told that you are doing only drive thru service. Fair enough. I drive around, and am told by the guy in the drive thru that your pizzas are not ready. Go park in the parking lot and I will being them to you. What? why didnt the guy taking phone orders just tell me to wait and save me the trouble of going to the drive thru. Next I park again. I can see through the window that my order is top on the list and ready...green check mark. I wait 5 minutes. No one brings it to me. While I am waiting a carhop from Sonic next door walks in and sets a large drink and a sack on the counter. She then stands around and a minute later walks out with 2 pizzas. No money ever changed hands. Were these both credit orders and just happened to be done at the same time? sure looks like a quid pro quo on company time to me. The girl got the better deal from the looks of the sonic order. Anyway, at that point I get out of my car and put my head in through the door. I tell the people there that they may be drive through only, but if Sonic Girl can get her pizzas I can get mine. They then bring them to me. I had ordered 2 garlic sauces. Couldnt count...had to go back and get another one. To top it off, I am supposed to be in the drive through. Everyone in your store has masks around their neck, but no one is actually wearing them around their mouth and nose. (forgot to get pic of that). Is that your policy during these times? When I get home, my thin crust pizza seems over cooked (dark burn around part of the edge) and dry. The crust is thicker than the toppings. It is dry. No cheese to speak of and even less sauce. Due to having to wait so long to get it, it was only luke warm when I got home. thin pizzas lose heat quickly. But there was no sense of urgency on the part of your crew. My daughter said hers was okay. I moved into my house a week ago. Needless to say this has been my first experience with the Manor Dominos and it very likely...
Read moreI placed an order on Oct 27 at 5:50pm. I call to check the status at 6:50pm, because the tracker showed it has been in quality check since 6:06 pm. The young man that answered seemed confused.. he asked me the last digits of my phone number four times. He then repeated the four digits back to me, giving and incorrect number. Twice I corrected him about the last four digits.. he then began to confirm an address that was not mine and I gave him my phone# last four digits again and gave him the correct address. He puts me on hold for 15 minutes checking the status of my order, and then comes back to the phone and asks how can he help me. SAME PERSON!!!! I responded saying.. you placed me on hold to check the status of my order. He then asks for the last 4 digits of my number again and we go back through the same issue as before where he is repeating the number back to me, but giving me a completely different number. And after all that he tells me my order is still at the store. My order has now been sitting there for an hour. I am so sick of this sorry quality and poor service mess with Manor fast food stores and to have both Domino’s and Pizza Hut to have such low service is sad. Just to get a decent pizza, I have to place orders in Pflugerville or Hutto. Do better for the next customer, because you won’t get another...
Read moreThe pizza is usually good here. What I don't like is that they charge extra for "premium" ingredients. Which I've found so far to be the chicken, Philly steak and believe it or not, the white sauce. This is rediculous, I've been to at least 6 different Dominos and NONE of them charge extra for these items. And actually tonight I placed an order and recieved a call from this store stating they're out of salami. Which is fine, but I wanted Philly steak as a replacement. But they wanted to charge me the extra for it instead of waiving the cost as a courtesy since they were out of an ingredient I really wanted. And then the manager was rude about it instead of just doing a little pr to make a customer happy. He finally relented, but rest assured I won't be going to this one again. I've had an issue in the past and 2 times is enough. Do yourself a favor and use the one in Bastrop if at all possible, great friendly people working there, don't charge extra for "premium" ingredients and I've never ever had any issues...
