McDonald's — Restaurant in Manor

To begin with this has been my very first terrible experience at Mc Donalds! When I ordered my food I was expecting to get my order read but I do understand that this location did have a huge line. When I passed to the 2nd window the girl at drive thru handed us our drinks without straws and when I checked my order I was missing one extra order of fries, I told the girl so she told the Manager and he stated “ someone must of took the order wrong “ which was true so they corrected it. I then told the girl If I could have my straws and SHE ROLLED her eyes and said “ Do you want them now? If you move to Number 2 they will be in the bag, I just answered her in the bag is fine but that I am aware of you are to give your customers their straws with their drinks when handing them out ( mind you I have worked at a Fast Food Restaurant ) so I do know how restaurants work. So we proceeded to park in “ Number 2 “ now when I say it took forever I mean forever just to get my order out roughly around 20-30 minutes, when we do receive our food the lady just handed us the bad and didn’t even ask is their anything missing or do you need any condiments but I was missing just 1 Large order of Fries so I go to the restaurant and I spoke to the guy and he stated “ We were calling your number, where did y’all go” so I told him the girl sent us to “ Number 2 “ but was not Specific to which “ Number 2 “, I did get my fries. When I did leave my partner ended up telling me that my 10 piece chicken nuggets were missing and I still got charged for my meal.

To sum up my review, If I could rate the location a 0 I would because the customer service is very terrible, no communication when giving their customer their food whatsoever just a horrible experience! And they need to get someone to be in the drive thru who will greet and be attentive to...

Had the worst experience here, for the first time during an overnight shift. I had placed my order as a Double Quater Pounder w/cheese LARGE MEAL by the way with 2 orders of chocolate chip cookies (6 cookies total) 1 order or Oatmeal cookies (3 cookies total). My total was $12.21 I paid $15 cash so my change was suppose to be 2.79, cashier at the window gives me 2.21 an says “ I don’t know why it gave me so many coins” then I looked at my recite and said ok I’ll let it slide couple cents won’t hurt. Then I get to the next window and they ask me did you order a medium drink and I said no I said Large meal, and show him my recite. He tells his manager I believe and then tells me I need to pay more to up grade. Then that’s when I’m like well the cashier didn’t give me my exact change and that change can cover what your asking and then, he grabs the recite and shows it to the manager. The Manager then grabs change and gives it to him and he gives me the change then the bag with the things inside. I saw bags with cookies but when I checked as I got home there was only 1 order of chocolate chip cookies and 1 order of oatmeal cookies and as well the fries were just tossed from a medium box to the large box so it wasn’t even full what so ever. As an ex Shift manager I’m am very disappointed and sad how things have changed drastically. McDonalds provided a Buy One 4 Pc. Buttermilk Chicken Tender, get one free. I thought... How great, I love those chicken tenders. I also bought a $3.00 chicken sandwich, med. French fry and a small diet Coke. The fries were bought for the ride home and after the first handful I found the fries soggy and cold. I had already passed over 290 and was not going to fight traffic to go back for fresh fries plus I was really looking forward to the chicken tenders when I got home. I got home opened the chicken strip boxes and found dried up chicken strips that had been sitting so long they were difficult to chew. Dry breading over what seemed to be dehydrated chicken strips. No moisture to the meat at all. The chicken sandwich I ordered was Tender and juicy but the dressing and pickles used on the sandwich were all on one side of the bun making for several dry bites. Unbelievely bad quality. Signs posted promoteprom fresh ground beef is cooked to order... Implying freshness but apparently chicken products are not held to the same quality standard. Even with my coupon my order was over $10.00. But the small diet Coke was good. The meal was unedible and I don't have the time to turn around and drive back to Manor. This store needs to find someone who can provide quality control. I won't be back but on the up side... I got a delicious small diet Coke... For a little over $10.00. What a bargain. NOT!!!
