Bahama Buck's - Mansfield — Restaurant in Mansfield

I was just at the Mansfield location it was around 2:30, there were two other people waiting for their order so we placed our order immediately. There were 4 of us, 2 adults, two children, 6 and 11! We waited 15 minutes for our order,, then sat down at a booth to eat. Almost immediately after we sat down, two young men started mopping right beside our booth, and the smell of the disinfectant in the mop water seemed to permeate our since of smell, altering the snow cone taste. Still, that was not the worst of our visit. While we were eating, an employee came over, and said, “It’s 3:00 and we are closed, you will have to leave!l”. I am 80 years old, and I have never once in those 80 years been told to leave any place, let alone a restaurant! We will, obviously, never be back, and that makes me sad, because we love snow cones!!

If, when we placed our order, the young man had said they were only selling to go cones because they were closing, I would have understood, but never, ever, go up to a customer and tell them to leave, and never start mopping while the customer is there. If I had stood up and slipped on that wet floor, you would have had a lawsuit to worry about instead of a bad review!!

The sad thing is, I went to this location a couple years ago, and absolutely loved it! We went almost every day. What a shame it has come to this, I hope there is another snow cone place in Mansfield’ For the four of us, we paid almost 20 dollars, plus a tip, never expected to be...

I will not be returning here. We started coming here due to it being closer to us, but time after time they have failed. Today just happened to be the last straw. We ordered three snow cones, small, regular and large. Gave us two smalls and a large. All three flavors were wrong, and even though we paid for Bahama Rama’s we didn’t have any ice cream. We told the gentleman at the window they were wrong, because he stated them wrong, after he asked the girl at the station she agreed he said them correctly. So we told them that was not what we ordered and we wanted them corrected, and the manager then stepped in and said that was what we ordered. This manager has been a pain every time we have an issue and she always refuses to fix it, because she knows it will be a loss later on. This is HORRIBLE customer service, and due to it being a Sunday, cooperate will be called tomorrow. I should not have had to pay for what was a wrong order, and definitely should not be treated as if what we say does not matter. Take your business elsewhere, the one in Montgomery Plaza is 10000% better, and they will continue to get our business unlike this one. Update: Cooperate was called and seems the owner is too busy to speak with me about what has happened, and that proves this particular one deserves...

This store needs organization. It was nothing but kids working. I understand its Summer and that's when teens are available but as a hospitality professional it was so much going wrong here. First off some of the workers, well really one was very nice. The ordering process was reasonable but it was busy in both dine in and drive thru. However, those kids were slipping and sliding everywhere, no slip resistant shoes in sight. But let's get on the cross contamination. I watched these workers make sno cones with the same gloves on for several different orders(quite disgusting) and just rinsed them under water. The cleanliness was very poor...it was a visual mess and again same gloves for mostly everything. My sno cone was tasteless as well because I could taste the unsanitary things going on..like there was a mop water taste🤮..They were all over the place and not actually doing things in order.
