I moved from Arlington to Mansfield two years ago. Arlington had several good Vietnamese restaurants. Mansfield – not so much. I was excited when I discovered that a new one is now open. With a 4.8-star rating to boot! There aren’t many restaurants with that high rating.
It’s right across from Sprouts on Debbie Lane, near the intersection with Matlock Road. Parking is easy and plentiful.
For the appetizer, we ordered the Loaded Grilled Baguette. We’ve never seen this in any other Vietnamese restaurant. My wife ordered the Garlic Sauteed Filet Mignon with Rice Noodles. I ordered the Belle’s Pho.
The service was very fast. Probably the fastest in Mansfield! OK, we were the first dine-in customers. For some reason, the appetizer came last. It didn’t matter. It was worth the wait.
I read one review that said the Pho was OK. For me, it was the best so far. And I’ve been eating Pho for 36 years. Maybe the broth wasn’t clear. But the taste was incredible. It was not greasy. It tasted light and flavorful. The noodles were cooked just right – not too soft or too chewy. Being Asian, I love noodles. Besides the broth, the meat was tender. It was also varied: some meatballs, some shreds. Now, I’m spoiled. I won’t go to any other place for Pho.
My wife’s dish was just as good. We swapped dishes to compare. The meat was tender and flavorful. The rice noodles were perfect. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy. It was the best Vietnamese rice noodle dish we’ve had.
The Loaded Grilled Baguette had a French-like taste. The bread was like a thin pizza. Whatever the toppings were, they were full of flavor. It was a pleasant surprise.
Usually, we bring home the leftovers. But we both loved our dishes so much, we ate everything. We came home happy. We had great food, of course. But because we don’t have to drive to Arlington anymore for Vietnamese.
From the taste of the food alone, this place should be one of Mansfield's best....
Read moreWe absolutely adore coming here for pho, and it's become a true family favorite! Every single visit is a delight, and we're consistently impressed by the amazing experience. First off, the staff is simply wonderful. They're always so incredibly welcoming and genuinely nice, making us feel right at home the moment we walk in. And let's talk about the speed – it's phenomenal! We always get our food unbelievably fast, which is a huge plus, especially when we're hungry. Beyond the lightning-fast service, the pho itself is consistently outstanding. It's flavorful, comforting, and just perfect every time. We also can't get enough of their fantastic drinks; they're the perfect complement to the meal. This restaurant is truly a reliable gem. We know we can always count on them for a delicious, quick, and friendly dining experience. We genuinely have no complaints at all and can't recommend this place enough to anyone looking for incredible pho and a wonderful atmosphere!
Update: We've enjoyed dining here in the past, but our most recent visit was disappointing. While the atmosphere remains great, we noticed a significant change in both pricing and portion sizes. My pho had an excessive amount of broth compared to noodles, and the noodles themselves were pre-cut, which was unexpected. Additionally, the eggrolls, which used to come in a serving of four, are now only two for almost $5. Due to these changes, it's unlikely we'll...

I’ve never had anything like it and my mom said she hasn’t seen this particular Vietnamese dish or if she had its way back then in Vietnam. I really liked it a lot it had such a rich flavor I can’t even describe almost umami but very unique to this dish. The filet mignon and beef meatballs were so good and full of flavor. My mom got a basic grilled pork vermicelli which was actually very good too! The portions here are worth the money. Keith Lee came in here once which is where I saw this place from another person...
