Breezy's Shaved Ice — Restaurant in Mansfield

Our family has been visiting this snow cone stand for 2 years now. It is definitely the best around Mansfield! Last year the employees were on point. They were respectful, fast, and always had a smile on. Tonight my kids and I took our dog on a walk to get some snowcones(he always enjoys going because of the pup cup) and the experience we had was far from what myself would consider good customer service. My daughter ordered 1 medium and 1 small and the lady rang it in as 2 mediums which my daughter noticed and asked me to let her know it was wrong so when I did so her response was “that’s not how I was informed of the order” instead of just politely saying oh, I’m sorry I must’ve heard it wrong, or something in that sense. Also she did not want to give a pup cup and when she finally did she gave him a drop of whipped cream in a small syrup sample cup. She the proceeded to argued with me about the flavor I ordered saying that it cost more which I was fine with if that is the case now. I just informed her that I’ve been going there for two years and no one has ever charged me more for it.

I understand having a bad day and all but this customer service was definitely something that I would not want representing a business. All this being said we will be back but will definitely turn right around if we see...

Tasty flavors and soft shaved ice. EXCELLENT customer service! My 5-year-old son sat down and immediately dropped his snowcone in the grass (of course, right?). My husband went to get in line to re-order for him. A staff member saw this all happen and ran over to tell us there was no need to stand in line - he would make a new one right away. We let him know that we had no problem waiting and paying for another, but he insisted on taking care of us. Just a minute later, he came back out to hand us the new snowcone. I’ve been coming here since I can remember and have always loved this place! I always would come here with my mom or grandparents after a long day of swimming in the summer sun. All the flavors are great but my personal favorite is silver fox and I add cream to it. I am definitely a life time customer and haven’t found a better stand in the last 20 years and doubt I will.
