Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mansfield

We ordered pizza from them last night and it took them over an hr and 10 mins to deliver pizza. When I called to discuss the lady on the phone laughed and said she was sorry but the driver was sent on a double and it was her fault (asked her to explain what that meant)but he will be there soon. Told her that the tracker said 30-45 mins and she said that you can't trust the tracker since it's not correct. ooookay. She told me that she would credit us for three pizzas next time we order. I asked for her name and she stumbled on her words and said her name was Kierien (spelling). Waited about 5 mins and driver comes and delivers and forgets out 2 liter that he claimed they never told him about. I called again and this time the same girl answered, laughed out loud and hung up on me. I called again, same girl again and I began telling her my story and guess what....she put me on hold FOR 5 MINS without telling me. I finally used anther phone to call and the "manager" Kierien answered and I asked her about the convo we had earlier and she told me that she hasn't spoken to me today. So, obviously, they were playing games at this point. I explained to her everything that happened, she put me on hold to figure out what was going on and came back and told me that she would deal with the employees separately but she noticed notes on my acct that we are no longer to get any more "free pizza's!" I'm sorry, but the only time that my son has received free pizza is when THEY MESS UP! I can tell you it not excessive since we order Pizza Hut most of the time since it's the preference. Not only that, Domino's has a satisfaction guarantee if it's not made right, they will make it right or replace it for free! I have never been treated like this by any fast food place before and we will never order from them again! Look at all these...

I’m sure that dominos don’t care one way or another about this review, but they’ve lost about 5 customers tonight. And if I can help it, it’ll be even more soon.. I placed an online order tonight.. after the 40 mins it takes to prepare the order and deliver, I received a text saying that my delivery driver, Jennifer, was entering my neighborhood. (I’m not complaining about the time it took to prepare my order) So, I receive the text saying the delivery person has entered my neighborhood. I’m not sure why it took about 35 more mins, for her to finally knock on my door.. after I received the text saying that she arrived in my neighborhood, once 15 passed and my food hadn’t been delivered, I called the store to see what’s going on. (The person who answered told me to give it about 15 MORE mins) I was frustrated because this was dinner for my toddler, who by the way, was getting very frustrated and impatient because he was hungry and looking forward to eating his pizza. But of course when I received my order, there was noticeable hair strands on the pizza, (have pictures) the pizza was also cold, there was no safety seal on any of the boxes and on top of that, the order was wrong! I Literally trashed the entire order! This location definitely messed it up for all locations.. and I will continue to discourage my family and friends from ordering from them by showing them the hair in my fool, that I’m sure was put there...

Have tried the food at many different Domino's and by far this one if the best. We've eaten the pizza's, pasta, subs, and chicken and are all really good! Typically order online for delivery and have had no issues at all. The food is delivered fast and is hot upon arrival! No more having to warm up my food again because it's cold when it gets here! Best experience I've had with Domino's and I love it!

UPDATE: We have stopped ordering from this Domino's. Of course it was great at first then came the issues. Technical issues when trying to place my order online which still has yet to be resolved (Wouldn't allow me to submit my order because my phone number or credit card needed to be updated when everything was accurate and system just wanted me to go in and literally click edit and save in order to place order) Last few times we ordered the delivery time was an hour when I was quoted 30-40 minutes. The driver would call me to apologize about being late. Pizza was congealed and barely warm so we would put it back in our oven to warm back up. Even with the fancy car with an oven in it, the pizza was still lukewarm. One time I called the store to find out what was going on and they apologized and said they had to redeliver another customers order first. This domino's pizza is 13 minutes away from my home so to wait an hour before or after dinner rush is...
