Terrible! Horrible. Never ever ever will I come back. We walk in. Grab a table 3 waitresses walked past us without even a hello, welcome, wave,head nod, or eye contact. In the bathroom we encountered a waitress who ignored all 3 of us when we asked if the live band played for the karaoke singers. After she came out we asked again and her reply was "yeah". Ooooooookay...... So we go back out wait 20 more minutes for a girl who didn't give her name ( we later found out it was laura)to ask what we wanted to drink. We asked for menus and 20 minutes later she brings drinks and the menus and walks off.. Goes to chat at the bar for another 20 minutes before taking our food order. By this time all 4 glasses were empty..never once did she offer refills. In fact i had to walk over to the bar, interrupt her conversation and ask for more coca cola and her name... So she brings me my pop but still neglects the other 3 people at the table...3 of us ordered. Food was ok. Except one of us had a burger that was so undercooked it was slimy and pink in the middle. After 20 minutes we catch Laura as she's walking by...she never stopped to make sure the food was ok , told her it was not done. She asks for the plate to be handed to her and walks off. 20 more minutes pass she brings out the same hamburger with the same cold tots from 40 minutes ago...and walks off. Still didn't ask anyone was there anything else she could get or if our food was ok. We request the manager at the bar...10 minutes later the manager whose name was not given comes out. He Cut us off as we recounted what our expecrience was. Never apologized just said " what can I do for you now?" we just asked for our checks. Never thanked us for coming or acknowledged our complaint. The band was great. But you could never ever pay me to go in that...

Went and watched our fav band tonight took son for his birthday. When we were leaving the waitress Stephanie brought our bill which was 88 dollars we gave her a 100 bill told her to keep the change she thanked us told us have a good evening and we left. The about 20 mins later they tried to hit my card for the 88 dollars. So I called the lady who answered the phone was rather snipey told me I didn’t pay my bill and when they ran the card it declined. In which I told her I keep my card locked and only unlock when I’m paying. She told me she voided the bill and compted it so I didn’t have to worry about it. Which angered me because it WAS NOT COMPTED I PAYED THE WAITRESS 100 dollars. So this girl lied and picketed a 100 dollars ya think the management would want to know they have a waitress ripping off their customers but this lady told me she trusted this girl if a few months I asked her to look at the cameras and she would see where we handed her the money but she couldn’t do that and just kept saying it didn’t matter it was compted. Well 1 it does matter. 2 it was not compted I paid my bill and 3 they have a thief working there that will probably do it to other people !!! Lady tried to make me look like a lowlife who didn’t pay my bill when it’s there lowlife waitress. I will be calling Monday to speak with the general manager the girl on phone said it wasn’t a big deal but it’s a very big deal to me I paid my bill and there waitress stole from them I will be posting this review on every site I can find to warn people. I was super excited for the music bingo! I had been to several music bingo events at various restaurants and was excited to see what this restaurant has to offer. I got there with my friends and waited for the game to start! Honestly I don't know where to start but I will state I had a very hard time hearing the caller due to microphone issues and hearing him over the noise of the participants. I was not a fan of the paper bingo and dobbers they create a mess and I had a hard time eating with ink on my hands. I felt dirty due to it. Also I was saddened because if we wanted to hear triva facts we would have gone to a trivia night. We were wanting less talking and more playing. We were also taken by the fact we kept using the same cards and not switching cards per round. Making the odd completely uneven for the next game. My biggest gripe with this is if your going to host an event like this one make sure everyone who gets a bingo gets a prize. My friends was half a microsecond too late because she was not I front of the caller so she left and cried in the car. We have never experienced that at any other place. We the places usually have smaller prizes for ties or at least have some form of a tie breaker. Needless to say we will no longer come for bingo here I hope this review helps implement changes and going digital in your gaming experiences is where it is at.
