I order from here regularly and my kids love it. The low rating isn't for the food. The management and crew do not correct mistakes. I ordered through the mobile app, and got my confirmation. 20 minutes later my order was canceled. To get anyone on the phone is almost impossible. I had to call 12 times to speak with someone a total of 3 times that day. The first call they told me everything was fixed and my order would be delivered. That didn't happen. After 2 hours of waiting they finally offered to refund my money if I just came and picked up my meal. It may seem petty but when you spend $15 on delivery fees and tip, you want your $13 worth of food delivered. So we settled on the food and a refund. Of course there was no refund. The charge went through. They took my information in case there was an issue and said call if I didn't get my money. So today I have called 6 times and no one will answer. I know this is just fast food, but its a horrible way to run any business. Accidents happen, but at least answer the phone, try to fix it, and have some clue what you are talking about. The lady proceeds to give me a larger coke zero. I said No ma'am . I ordered the kids meal sprite zero. She told me NO! I said you already have my money for the larger drink. But I want the smaller one. She continues to argue with me. I work in customer service industry you never argue with a customer. I didnt want anything for free.
