My name is Sydney,I had to use my brother's phone because some reason it's not showing up on mine. All I have to say is this is the worst place to eat,work etc.I’ve served here for 3 years and I’m surprised that I even put up with this place for that long.Management is horrible there is a lot of conflict of interest going on up there. Only good manager is Mr.Gee. Let me start off with Mrs.Jennifer, she is a very messy individual,she talks poorly about her servers and she labels all the black coworkers as”bad influence”.anytime there’s a new worker she would tell them to not hang around the black people.She tells everyone’s business which some stuff is confidential.she shows favoritism to her husband and daughter that works there. There was this one time I had a meeting with HR and the supervisor to let them know how Mrs.Jennifer would treat us and they didn’t do a thing about it, they were defending her attitude the whole time and not even considering the fact that it had multiple employees complaining about her.I later found out the Mrs.Jennifer and HR lady (Mr.Vicky)have been best friends for a very long time. And on to the food, no one uses gloves up there and they don’t care about the quality of the food and wonder why sales are bad.I’ve seen a supervisor from another store use his bare hands to take glazed strawberries off of someone’s pancakes, wiped it off with a paper towel and forced the server to take it.Theres been times when someone would drop food on the floor and had to put it back on the plate and serve it because the cooks are took lazy to remake anything and would argue with us.And you would think the manager would do something about it but she takes the cooks side and say that it’s the servers fault.Even if the cooks mess up the food she’ll blame it on the servers. There’s always mold in the ice I stopped drinking from that place months ago. I’ve asked many times if there is someone that would come clean the ice machine but no one ever answers me.I would say never drink there I’ve seen mold on the drink station a lot.the fruit they serve have mold and they serve it to you guys. Oh I forgot to add that she doesn't like when people speak Spanish she gets mad and threatened to send them home especially if you're talking to her husband in Spanish.And once again no one did anything about it.

Ordered a $50 to go/pickup order. I live 15 min away. Upon arriving home, discovered that the French toast sticks and scrambled eggs with cheese bacon and sausage was. Using from the order. I can see they have an Oppertunity to double check to go orders. None of the boxes were checked on the yellow receipt. End result. She returned. In a more professional and positive demeanor. Provided the French toast sticks egg and bacon meal and offered a refund for that menu item. Started rough. But ended well.

My wife and I shared the Split Decision Breakfast, and it was more than enough for the both of us. It’s great to have a leaner option without sacrificing flavor—both the turkey sausage and bacon were surprisingly savory and satisfying. The real highlight? The natural, fresh-squeezed orange juice. Crisp, smooth, and refreshing—it elevated the whole meal and paired perfectly with the hearty breakfast. The staff was welcoming, the service was fast, and the restaurant was clean and calm despite being busy. This IHOP off 287 hits all the right notes for a casual, feel-good breakfast.

Our waiter this morning was awful. We came in about 7:45 and it was empty, one other table. We figured great, fast, easy service. Such a weird feeling to feel like you are imposing by being there and asking for things. He acted like he was in the weeds the entire time but then would forget to bring stuff. He was scolding other servers in front of us and too side tracked with that to pay much attention to us. We asked for half to be on the a card and half cash for a $38 tab. He comes back and says he needs more cash because one half is $24 and change and hands me a non itemized credit card slip that doesn’t clearly list what the charge is or what it is for. Usually you run the card on the pad but we wanted half in cash. He charges my card for the total and was trying to get more money on the cash side. We got it fixed but it still wasn’t half and half and when my friend tried to explain it to him, instead of apologizing and realizing his mistake he was arguing back to him and was still trying to say it was $38 was split when one of us was now paying $25 and the other $14 in change. Hard to follow I know. I was there and I didn’t understand what was going on. By this time it was down to one table, only us. His impatience and attitude you would have thought he had a party of 20. The manager had to fix my credit card charges which I will check to make sure are actually voided. She never came over and spoke to us or anything. Terrible way to start...

The waiter was extremely nice!!! She was really friendly and had amazing energy and was also super attentive! I wish I got her name but anyways she was really great! 5/5

The food was honestly pretty good for an IHOP

Hot coco: perfect, creamy , rich, chocolaty 5/5

Mozzarella Sticks: perfect crisp on the outside without being too crispy and the cheese was a perfect consistency 5/5

Chicken strips: Pretty good, maybe like 4/5

Waffle: just a good waffle, normal 3/5

pancakes: pretty good 3/5

Eggs over hard: really good 4/5

Bacon: very chewy, definitely not the best bacon I've ever had 2/5

the atmosphere kinda sucked,,, there was no music so it was dead silent except for the other people in there. which made it easy to hear everything, granted I have sensory issues so this might not be an issue to others. the biggest issue was the fact that There was a very obnoxious man in the back who was kinda rude to the waiters. Not only that but he was on hus phone, volume all the way up. Playing music? Talking really rudly to someone on the phone on speaker and just being really loud and rude. I kinda wish something would've been done since he was being so loud, but he was kinda scary so whatever. Just letting yall know hoping the store knows so they can take rude customers like that out. 2/5
