I have come here several times and the service of the employees has been good BUT it never fails. They always bring my coffee out before the employee can even finish inputting it, so a couple of times, they themselves have sent it back in for them to finish the order. Extremely annoying. The reason for me finally putting a review is that I had ordered a topping and extra shots. We'll because I was talking. I didn't really pay attention to my coffee but just got to the exit and took a sip. Clearly, there are no extra shots. Was way too milky as well, as if hardly any flavor and just coffee and milk. Was very disappointed because it has been happening too frequently. I turned around and explained to a young kid with glasses and black curly hair. He was very professional. LISTENED to me and was so nice. Agreed it didn't look right and said he was goimg to take care of it but then the original guy who took my order that has a red/blonde beard came back over and was initially nice and said "uh oh what happened?". I explained to him the same, and he was annoyed. Didn't apologize or try to make it right. He took my drink and just had them throw in the extra shots and add the topper. Read moreGave this place multiple chances and today was my last time giving them my money. Customer service is terrible! The workers have horrible attitudes (male and female)! And they have the nerve to ask for a tip at checkout! Yeah no. The only menu available is at the very front so if you're waiting in line to order and you don't know the menu then you have to wait until you get to the front to see what you want. Was waiting in line at the end of the line and of course could not see the menu since they have it at the very front so once the worker came to take my order w/her tablet I asked if she could show me the menu through her tablet since I don't know what's all on their menu and she said that she didn't have one to show me (I called b.s.). It is very inconvenient to customers who do not have this menu memorized for yall to only have one menu at the very front! - I guess the people at this place expect you to have their menu memorized whether you're new or not. Smh. The drinks are very mediocre at best! The customer service is what really made me stop going above everything else! Read moreI’ve been going to this location for over a year and definitely order more than 100 drinks! In the beginning my drinks, customer service was great but now it definitely has went down. The past few times my drinks were not good and the first time I had mentioned to an employee she just listened didn’t offer to replace it I just said okay . Today I went my drink was literally milk( I order the same drink every single time) and this time I didn’t want to just drink milk and took it back, the girl told me it’s because I asked for light ice, also they have 30 plus new employees so the drinks won’t be the same every single time to be honest that’s not my problem. My other drink was regular ice and my drink had the same amount of ice. I don’t mind paying extra as long as my coffee is fine but I also don’t want to argue with a so call manager whom is very sarcastic and loves to argue.
