I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Starbucks drive-through Let me start by saying that the service provided by Emma, one of the employees, was absolutely appalling. From the moment I pulled up to the window, it was clear that she had absolutely no interest in providing a pleasant customer experience.
First of all, Emma didn't even bother to smile or greet me when I arrived at the window. It's basic customer service etiquette to acknowledge customers and create a welcoming atmosphere, but apparently, that was too much to ask from her.
To make matters worse, when I received my drink and realized that it wasn't made to my satisfaction, I politely asked Emma if she could add an extra shot of coffee to fix the issue. Instead of accommodating my request, she had the audacity to demand an additional dollar and a half for a drink that I had already paid for. Seriously, who charges extra to correct their own mistakes? It's ridiculous and completely unacceptable.
Not only did Emma refuse to remake the drink without charging me extra, but she also had the audacity to give me attitude throughout the entire interaction. Her condescending tone and lack of empathy only further highlighted her unprofessionalism and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
Based on this encounter, I can confidently say that I will never recommend this particular Starbucks branch to anyone. The behavior and attitude displayed by Emma reflect poorly on the establishment as a whole. It's evident that customer service is not a priority for this location, and their staff should undergo extensive training on how to treat customers with respect and courtesy.
If you value good service and a positive customer experience, I strongly advise you to avoid this branch at all costs. There are plenty of other coffee shops in the area that will treat you with the respect and appreciation...
Read moreI used to order here frequently, maybe 2-3x a day with coworkers as well. I used to always order an iced caramel macchiato (for several years, that's all I get). At this location, Id get it and it would have coffee grounds sitting at the bottom and it would taste funny. It happened probably about 3x in a row before I finally asked for a remake because I wouldn't drink it. Lady told me that's just how it's made and she won't remake it for me and that's how it always is. When I'd say something is wrong, it shouldn't have coffee grounds sitting at the bottom, shed roll her eyes and close the window. No refund or remake. Luckily I got a hold of support and they gave me a refund and said they would let the manager know. I came back about a week later and same issue. This time they remade it and it had more coffee grounds and wouldn't issue a remake or anything. I got something different next time; an iced white chocolate mocha and exact same issue with the coffee grounds, again no refund. But this time, I arrived 10 minutes after I placed the order and the lady was rude saying "next time wait 20 minutes after you place your order so we don't have to rush it out for you." I won't go back here again and neither will...
Read moreI've been twice now. My second experience was much better. My first visit my sister and I both got drinks. My hot drink was fine. My sisters iced white chocolate mocha was hot. The ice was completely melted and the drink cup was luke warm to the touch. We didn't make a stink, but pulled back through the drive through. Instead of having them remake the drink, we explained that the drink was hot and we would just take a large cup of ice. The girl at the window refused to give us a large cup of ice and said it was against their policy. She said she could only give me a grande or a tall cup of ice.. I repeated back that I couldn't have a large cup of ice for the hot drink that was supposed to be a cold drink? In my head, I'm thinking about how the melted drink wouldn't fit into a grande. She confirmed that no, she could not. I requested two grande sized cups of ice instead. The whole thing was a little ridiculous, to be honest. I don't know if that was really their policy on an error of theirs, or just a general ice policy, or if I should have at that point just asked them to remake the drink. Either way we left, and my sister drank some of her watered...
