I am rating just this particular restaurant a 1 star due to their customer service. Decided to have lunch at this location today, 7/13/18, and upon arriving you can tell they had been busy. Understandable as it is lunch time. I walk to the counter, order my meal and instruct my daughter to take the booth that is becoming free. Employee behind the counter stated, “Yes, better get your seat now as we were just completely full a minute ago. I am soooo done with today!” I ignore her comment as I understand some days are frustrating. The one thing that really frustrated me though is that my Fiancée asked the girl that was stocking up the beverage counter if she could kindly wipe our table down as their was no tables wiped down and the girl states, “Ma’am, we just had a bus full of people come in and we are catching up, I will wipe your table down in a minute.” I notice the girl then walks towards our table clearly mumbling, “I have no idea what table this lady is talking about.”, gets her bucket and wipes down every table around us but ours. As I notice this I see her staring at our table so I wave to her and say, “Can you please wipe our table?” She quickly glances away and puts her bucket and wipes away. Seriously!?! So we wipe our own table down, eat our meal, get up to throw our trash away and again the same girl is getting ready to throw the trash out by the door we want to walk out of and looks straight at us and says/ points rudely, “Use the other trash!” Unbelievable! We walk over to the other trash throw our stuff away and walked back out the door where the original trashcan we wanted to use. The girl was still there and I said to her, “Thank You for wiping our table down when we asked you a couple times earlier!” This girl is a young white girl with a piercing between her nose and mouth - I understand the frustration of being busy and trying to catch up but the frustration should not be taken out on your guest. Normally you get a similar taste but rarely the same. But here in Mansfield they nailed it perfectly! I have to admit I come here when I'm home sick and war here more than I should. Lol but I can't help the amazing taste! & The costumer service is unbeatable! Why wouldn't I keep coming back? Highly recommend you trying the honey mustard as well! He ordered our food and asked for extra crispy fries. We got our drinks. Then we saw 3 people order and get their food before us. When my husband went to ask why, he was told it's because we ordered crispy fries. The fact that we have been to 4 or more different Cane's and had no problems come up with our orders. So, my husband asked for our money back. The manager didn't seem fazed at all. I can say the young lady cleaning up Cane's in Mansfield, Texas, really worked hard.
