Manteno JJ has lost our business. The general manager by the name of Melissa has a horrible Disposition.i had ordered two sandwiches in which one of the sandwiches were missing ingredients that were suppose to be on it. When I called and spoke to Melissa she said I could bring it back and they would make me another one. Well I brought it back and returned. Home to find my sandwich was missing the provolone cheese. Stopped in late last night after having been driving all day! Was cranky and not in any mood for bs! And this place, they made sure they took good care of this extremely hangry lady! I will say it, it’s not often you walk into a business moments before they’re closing and you get GREAT service like that!!!!!!! Not often do you walk into a business and EVERY EMPLOYEE is working!!!! It’s rare now days to not see people talking or on their phones when there’s still more to get done! I recently dine in at the JJ’s in Maneto, IL (104 Southcreek Dr.) on my way back to Texas. The cashier entered the wrong information on the order and when I went back to have the sandwich re-made, the manager (Kelly) said that they were not going to remake the sandwich. She was rude and unprofessional. The items on the ticket clearly indicated what should have been on the order. I asked to speak with her manager and to get his contact information. She would only provide his name and told me to call the corporate office if I want to speak with higher ups. I asked her if she knew the number and of course she didn’t saying it in a rude manner.
