I really wish there was negative star for service. Just now ordered 3 impossible whopper meal and 1 single impossible king through online order and drive through pickup. At the drive through I even told the associate to be mindful of all our orders being vegetarian and avoid mixup. He sounded like he knew what he was doing so with a bit of assurance and skepticism, I pulled at the counter. After probably 15 min, a black american guy served our order. Once I pulled in the parking lot to double check, lo and behold, I got served Bacon King instead of Single Impossible King like I ordered. Tbh i was quite upset as I anticipated BK has a tendency and past experience of screwing up my orders. The worst part was when I pulled over to show them that they served Bacon King as it said on the wrapper, the same guy rudely said it was just a wrapper and Impossible inside. I asked him how would I know that unless he told me when fulfilling the order, he got very belligerent and started saying that he didn't have to tell me anything and as though I just need to take what he gave. He started yelling over my voice to express myself and walked away talking to a manager like guy. Somehow somewhere instantly impossible whopper appeared and git handed over to us in the drive through. Quite disappointed with associates and how the franchise trains their employees not to care much about service but just about how much they are able to make money. Gosh I want to forget this and move on and feel so lucky to not have deviated from our values of not eating meat due to this lunatic's mistake. Iam never taking my family anymore to this unfriendly horrible place they call...
Read moreThe sign says they close at 8pm, yet I showed up at 7:47pm with one car in front of me at the speaker. It was there for quite a while, and when I got to the speaker and waited two minutes with no response, I then called the place. It was now 7:53pm. Nobody answered, so I pulled up to the window. A lady inside saw me and looked at me twice, but she showed no reaction whatsoever. It appeared that she was cleaning the register. The car in front of me also just left without getting to order, and they were there longer than me!
Absolutely ridiculous behavior by the staff, that shows no regard for the specified closing hours, and absolutely no regard for the customers. The woman couldn't even be bothered to tell me that they were closed, probably because they weren't supposed to be! I've never had such a terrible experience at a fast food place. I was left feeling extremely angry.
I've never once called a company's corporate, or the franchise's business owner, but in this case I definitely will be! I will not be returning. This location has permanently lost my business.
(I have also included a picture of their changed operating hours due to COVID-19, which was right inside the drive...

I ordered food on the Burger King App at 7:40 PM. I received a receipt and order #, my credit card was billed. I pull up to the drive through at 7:45 PM and the employee tells me that "sorry, we are closed." I show her my online order and receipt, and my credit card charge and she keeps telling me "we are closed." I point to the sign that says they are open until 10PM and she says that they are "We are closing now because people need to go home. We always close at the time on Thursdays." It's 7:45pm, what??? The sign says you are open until 10PM. I ask for a refund, they tell me I can't get one. Eventually, the manager comes over and nicely tells me to dispute the credit card charge. My total time spent waiting in the Burger King line, talking to the employees, and chatting with my credit card company was probably 45 minutes. I rarely see any cars at this Burger King. Now I know why.
Fast food is primarily about convenience. This Burger King in Maple Grove, MN is definitely not convenient.
I would love to talk to the franchise owner of this store. Does my experience meet your customer...
