LADIES DONT ORDER FOR DELIVERY WHEN ALONE AT HOME. THREATENING DELIVERY DRIVER!!!
I had a ridiculous experience with this restaurant. I ordered the food through grub hub but the restaurant uses their own drivers to deliver as per grub hub. Firstly, I ordered at 11:14 AM and the order was supposed to arrive by 12 pm. When it was 12:10 I called the restaurant to find out where the order was and the guy told me it had not left the store yet and he needed to check on the driver. The food arrived around 12:30 after the driver told me he has been stuck in traffic for a long time. When i checked google maps, there was absolutely no traffic on the route and plus there are multiple routes to take even if there is traffic on one and they all take about 10-15 minutes to get here. The food delivered was incorrect and some items were missing. When I asked the restaurant for a refund, they sent the same driver to pick up the food in order to process full refund. The driver became very threatening with me at that point even afer I had handed him the food to take back. He continued yelling at me and waving his phone around saying there is traffic there is traffic do you know what red means. (I have a screenshot of the traffic at that time and its clear) I asked the driver to calm down because irrespective of the delay, the order delivered was not correct and items were missing. He became very threatening at that time getting closer to my face and grinding his teeth as I was trying to push the door to close it on him saying ok that is fine thank you. I am just very glad I have a security system in my house. Ladies - don't order from this place for delivery especially when alone at home! When I called the restaurant to speak to the owner who was unavailable - the guy I spoke to initially told me the driver was yelling at him as well....

Called the store right away (im sure the driver was still walking to his car) I told the man on the phone I wanted them to be delived he told me it was gonna be another 45 mintues. He then offered me a free order of the wontons I said no I want a refund. He said I would have to come into the store for that. He said I can give you 10% off your next order. My boyfriend and I order alot of food $47 worth. I tried the egg roll and spit it out. Warned my boyfriend to not try it he did anyways and did the same thing. Eveything else tasted horible we ended up throwing our food away and we're still hungry after. With the .50 credit card fee,$3.00 delivery fee, 4.95 for my missing food and a $7 tip. I feel ripped off thanks for the 10% off my next order, but we will NEVER eat here again and do not recommend anyone else...
Read moreI will never order from this restaurant again. I spent almost $35 on an unsatisfactory order. The chicken in my fried rice was undercooked. The orange chicken I ordered had orange peels, despite my request for no peels. The customer service person repeated my order back to me over the phone. When I called to complain, they offered me a credit, but after an eight-minute hold, they told me the manager would not honor it because they claimed not to have put orange peels in the dish. They expected me to leave my store and bring the evidence to them. This experience was horrible, and I've told my team not to support this business. We will not use or accept their menus in iur store and will throw them away if they bring more to my establishment.
