Not for everyoneand by that I mean "all colors of the rainbow" if you get what I mean. I have bought things from here several times and the clothes and shoes are quality. I have tried to sell things here and Everytime they tell me my clothes or shoes are to worn or not in style ; so I wanted to test out my theory without jumping to conclusions so I went to TJ Max and bought 3pair of shoes and put them in the bag with some older not so worn shoes and I took it into the store . My first red flag was the fact that the lady didn't want to acknowledge me , then when she did she told me to fill out a form and she would get to me in an hour😒which is understandable cause it was other people in the store; then a white woman walked in after me and they told her nicely we'll be with you in a moment🤔 then they left my bag sitting , and got right to her stuff finished her up and she was on her way. But not only her several others that came in after me with should we say fair skin. So they finally got to my shoes the whole time I'm peeking through racks watching. they picked up one pair of shoes put it back in my bag and opened up two of the store bags just took my shoes from the bag I bought them in and transferred them to two bags with their logo on them. The entire time looking over the three brand new pairs I didn't want to think it but I do now for sure. (a store full of bigot's) I will not shop here anymore I will support my own community and the business in it ..😜🤑😓hopefully my people will be with me I'm going to tell anyone who will listen about my experience....

In response to Angie, I wish I had nit had this experience because like I said the clothes are nice and I got some nice things. But also this is not my first time being to the store and I still feel the same way . I feel personally like you all treated me different and you have an answer for ever issue yet and still it all happened. I too have a position where i have to provide customer service and I have never had a complaint. I care about the way people feel and I will personally make it right if a guest of my facility feels disrespected,over looked or wronged in anyway. Please forgive me but this day and age the behavior I received at your business should not be allowed anymore I'm human and j have feelings and the color of my skin should not rule me out for excellent customer service. Believe me you all might not think that black people suffer ,as a result of racism but I'm here to tell you we do. My child is mixed and she has to grow up in this world I hope she never comes across you or any of your employees that discriminate against her because the way she was born ... It's so sad may God bless you and...

What can I not say about this business...customer service galore is what I require most from a business and they DELIVER!!! The amazing staff is to die for!!! On any given day when I come in I’m greeted by name and on one occasion they knew I had come in and because they know me so well especially my foot size I turned around and the manager was there with a brand new pair of rose gold Michael Kors sneakers which I absolutely loved and purchased right away! I bought a pair of adidas wedge sneakers and Gia knew when I came in the door exactly who purchased them...they get to know you, your name and your style!!! I shop nowhere else for myself friends and family for the past few years! Not only do they care about your business but they care about you too!!! Recently Gia and the rest of the staff were very understanding of my sister passing and when I came back she talked to me at length and let me know it was going to be ok...not only do they have a customer for life they have a friend as well...it’s just an added bonus that I can find great, fashionable and stylish items there!!! Wow. I can’t say enough about this store. It’s by far the cleanest, most well organized consignment shop I’ve ever been to and if you knew me you’d know I have a wealth of experience when it comes to resale shops:) The clothes are in style, many with tags still on them. Style Encore will be my one and only store for jeans from this day forward. Silver, Rock Revival, Miss Me and BKE were just a few of the brands I ended up buying. All in like new condition for a fraction of the price. The ladies working were quick to offer assistance and even gave me their opinion when I was second guessing the look (thanks Carmen!). What really sets this store apart is their shipping service. I live in Michigan and was just visiting the Minneapolis area. They offered to ship my purchases home for next to nothing compared to the cost of buying luggage and checking a bag.
