Horrific circumstances! Don't get sick! Stay Away! Lobby is open, impossible to stay 6 ft away. Nobody enforcing. Employees, including the manager were making food without gloves or masks, the door is visibly filthy and greasy. The manager was one of them. The staff bringing food to the waiting cars did not wash their hands once after going in and out of the filthy door with the disgusting handles and frame. I insisted that the employee disinfect the door as none of the customers were wearing gloves and it was obvious that no attempt at infection control was being made. She said "I'll get somebody to clean it." I waited and watched 20 people go in and out of there and still, nobody wiped the filth from the door so I went in to get the manager. I told the employee that I needed to see the manager right away, I heard the employee relate that to the manager. The manager said she would be with me in a few minutes. I waited and she finally came out from making pizzas to see what the problem was. I showed her the door and handles, I pointed out the lack of social distancing and no hand washing by the employees who were handling the door. I told her that I was assured someone would be cleaning the door. Her excuse was that they were really busy. I told her that was unacceptable. People were at risk of infection right now. She started mutterting about the lobby and I just said, "Just clean the GD thing." She just stood there holding the germy door open and asked me to not swear. SHe was as unconcerned as the employees about the spread of disease in the community that they were serving....
Read moreA terrible experience. We did takeout and when we arrived after the expected time, our food still wasn’t done. We spent almost $48 ($50 after tipping). After telling the cashier my order she brought out only 1 of 2 pizzas and tried to tell me that’s all I got without verifying. Is 1 large pizza $48? No. I showed her the email confirmation and they couldn’t find my other pizza so they had to make it. She told me 8 more mins. I go out to my car and come back in after 10 mins just to be sure. I come in to a very tight space of everyone waiting in frustration. Once I finally get to the counter, it’s still not ready. Finally the cashier says it’s ready 20 minutes later and then she tried to give me a small when I ordered an XL deep dish. They eventually got the XL but it took way longer. All while there is another customer standing a foot away from me yelling at the manager because they also got his order wrong after already waiting 40+ minutes.
Once I get it home and serve it to my family, it’s not until we’re already eating that a medium length beard hair is found in the pepperoni pizza that was rush made. This isn’t from my household because not only does not one have a beard, but none of us have that hair color. I’m disgusted.

Been starving and driving for 5 hours. Got to the hotel.. ordered the food.. Said complete online.. been waiting for an hour.. called to see status.. no one ever picked up the phone.. i called about 3-5 times.. pizza was never delivered.. called the next day.. boy who picked up was plain rude.. hung up on me twice.. saying they will take care of it.. n i told him i would like to speak to manager.. n nothing... he hung up.. said money wont be in account until 3-5 business. Which is unacceptable.. someone should have stayed til close to answer the phone calls that they are not taking in orders.. wouldve made our night a lot easier. N wouldve grabbed something to eat instead of wait for nothing.. waited so long, everything was close by then... how unprofessional and disgusting.. never going to this jets...
