An interesting location near the many medical facilities and hospitals. The staff was extremely friendly and joyful even during this time when food service workers are overlooked and ofyen overwhelmed. The cashier was amazing and even let me know they were hiring! (She must have liked my attitude). I wanted to get something to share, so I ordered the 6 strip with, fries, coleslaw, toast and drink. The cashier suggested the lemonade so I gave it a shot since she said it wasn't from a powder. All said, the strips were moist, the sauce was an interesting compliment to the strips and fun dip for the fries. Fries were not as crispy as I like and were not seasoned, I guess probably due to the seasoned sauce. The toast was flavorful and a nice compliment to the fingers. The coleslaw was not too sweet nor too sour as some coleslaw is. Again it was a good compliment to the fingers. The lemonade was indeed tasty and not made from powder. It was enjoyable. All in all, the meal was tasty but not something I would eat regularly. Next time I am in the area, I will consider stopping by.

I recently tried Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, and I must say, I had a somewhat underwhelming experience. The coleslaw that came with the Box Combo lacked taste, and the crinkle-cut fries were strangely devoid of salt, leaving me craving that classic potato flavor. The Cane's sauce felt like a less impressive rendition of Thousand Island dressing, and the Texas Toast was just like a basic buttered bread you could find anywhere. On a positive note, the chicken fingers were moist and crunchy, but they didn't stand out compared to their competitors. What disappointed me even more was the restaurant's cleanliness - despite being empty, the tables weren't really clean. Overall, it was an okay experience, but it didn't quite meet my expectations.

EDIT... 4 years later. Their chicken strips are still tasty but are half the size for the same price. Pictures are from today. Both Caniac Combo boxes are like this. In less than 4 years, the price doubled. Not sure I'm going back ever. I used to have leftovers for the next day getting the box combo. This time I ordered the Caniac Combo...not much left as the strips are so tiny. They used to overfill their spot in a to-go container, definitely not now. They also changed to a plastic to-go box & I had soggy strips by the time I got home. It used to be a paper board box, so that seeped up any moisture. Bye bye Canes..... Lovetheir chicken & the cane sauce is devine. Lemonade is ok. Not tart enough for me.

Picked up a mobile group order from Raising Cane's in the evening of 7/14, had the worst experience.

After receiving a confirmation that our order was ready to be picked up, we headed over to Raising Cane's, Maple Grove.

First of all, music was BLARING! At the counter, an associate asked for the name of the order, to which we had to repeat multiple times because she could not hear us. Our takeout bag sat behind the counter, and another associate pointed to it and said, "that's their food", did not even hand us the bag. We did not see any drinks sitting by the bag, so we asked for them, to which the second associate responded, "you didn't have any", we replied, "yes, we did... we had 10." She looked at the ticket, and said, "oh yea, I guess you did." SO, OUR ORDER WAS INDEED NOT READY FOR PICK UP.

Instead of fulfilling our order, she filled only 3 cups and gave us another 7 EMPTY cups and turned away to complete other tasks. We stood at the counter, confused and waited, because our takeout bag was still sitting behind the counter, and she never handed it to us. She appeared annoyed when she turned around to make eye contact with us, not even asking why we were still waiting or if she had missed anything. We said to her, "our food... is still sitting on the counter back there..", she turned around to grab our bag and set it on the register counter in front of us, did not even have the decency to physically hand the bag to us nor apologize for/acknowledge her disservice.

Anyways, we left the counter with our takeout bag and EMPTY cups and took it upon ourselves to fill our own drinks at the fountain. How frustrating.

What made matters even worse????????? We did not get all of our food (we figured this out after we had already left Raising Cane's, Maple Grove).

Granted, they were BUSY, but this does not excuse their poor service....

The service was absolutely terrible tonight. I waited in the drive thru for a half hour and sat at the window for 5 min. Mind you it is 11pm at night. When I got up to the window I watched two girls banter back and forth and then before opening the window to check my order and take payment the girl made sure to text back whoever it was she was talking to on her phone. She then read back the incorrect order to me, then after taking my correct order shut the window and began hollering back to the cooks. I then watched her give the middle finger twice to someone in the kitchen area. I was then given my food by the other girl that was taking drive thru orders and when I mentioned the lemonade I had not yet received she shut the window and stated to the other girl who was filling the lemonade “I don’t understand why she has such an attitude.” My attitude was because after sitting in that line for 25 minutes I realized why the line was SO long and it was because those two employees were not doing there jobs diligently and were focused elsewhere and did not care about the customers waiting in that line. By far the worst experience I have had at...

When we were in the area, when I decided to stop here, especially since I was kind of hungry. I saw a line wrapped around the drive-thru so I opted to walk inside. Was I not only surprised that the inside had plenty of people enjoying their meal, but that there was a little line, (of course I should not have been surprised at all. It did give me some time to decide, even though I liked that their menu is pretty simple and quick to decide. I liked that once I ordered I only had to wait like 6 or 10 minutes for my food. That is considered pretty quick, especially since people who got to the drive-thru the same time I did, was still waiting to order. When we got home we really looked forward to having our meals than and later. I had the three finger chicken meal with some Texas toast and the coleslaw thrown in as well. It was so good that when I had it a little later the food tasted just as good fresh, as when I had just got it. Of course having green lemonade was a fine touch to my meal. I so want to go back again sometime. Especially with doing take-out, since at least at this location it is...
