Poor customer Service by Oswaldo Placed a call order iat 5:15p this evening, we were told 15 mins. Husband shows up and the staff could not find the order so they said they’d remake. Totally happens, he had a drink at the bar while he waited to remake. Received the order, came home, and opened the food packages and realized we only received the meats and no rice beans, toppings or tortillas. Called the store and spoke with Oswald. He said we could come back and get the rest of the food. We said we weren’t going to drive all the way back again for the stores Mess up and wanted a refund. He said no that he wanted his food back to give us a refund. I said we can take a picture of what we received and that if he wants the food back to come pick up then- we have kids and now need to make them something else to eat. Upset, I went back and asked for the money and handed the bag of food back. Oswald then blames that it was my husbands fault as he was at the bar having a beer and the food was done. No Oswald- the food wasn’t done- my husband waited for you to remake. I’m not here because it took longer- I’m here and upset because half the order is missing and you were rude on the phone with me. Oswald really tried to place the blame on my husband for having a drink at the bar for the store’s mess up on not making our food initially- remaking it- and then only providing us half the amount of food.

Incredibly poor taste from a manager to “blame the husband for...

I love Mexican food and have experienced Mexican food in some states. Heck, I even ate at La Casa Bonita whenever people came to visit us in Tulsa, Oklahoma, so I've tried everything from a local hole-in-the-wall to the queen of kitsch.

I've eaten at Teresa's in Maple Grove many times and most times have been pleased with the food and service. Tonight the food wasn't up to usual standards. Wasn't awful, just wasn't as good as usual.

Chips and salsa arrived at the table tonight, and the chips lacked flavor like some off-brand you might find in a clearance center. The salsa was red and had some green accents but was bland which was utterly unexpected. I tried to jazz it up and never got to a level of flavor that was satisfying.

The menu offers up lots of entrees with all the traditional foods like enchiladas (Tres Marias is a favorite, $13), burritos, fajitas, some combos and options that are unique to their restaurants. Points for offering creative options.

Tonight the food arrived piping hot but lacking the deep, intense flavors we've come to expect when eating at Teresa's. It was bland and seemed more like something that could be heated up in a convenience store microwave.

I took home a Tres Marias for my husband, and he reheated his meal in the microwave and raved about how good it was so I would consider that successful on the...

I am giving my review an overall 2 stars. The taste and quality of food was a 3 but the service was a 1. Our server was very slow and at times I believe he forgot we were there and there were only four tables at the time we came. I ordered the cheese dip which we never received but he made sure to try and charge us for it. I had the combo with a chicken chimichanga & chili relleno which was very good. My husband also had the combo with a chicken chimichanga and a tamale. Again, the chimichanga was very good but the tamale was horrible. The tamale had way too much masa compared to filling, the taste was lacking and was very dry. Some cheese sauce would have perhaps helped but again, didn't get it. The Spanish rice was very flavorful as well as the beans. Waiter never came by to ask how things were which was disappointing.

When I review a place it is a combination of food, presentation and quality of service. Any of these will greatly impact my experience. I would say that if the service would have been outstanding I would go with a solid 3 but due to the lack of service it is a 2.

Based on my first experience, I would not come back but I am a strong believer that it is good to give a place a second try. If the experience is the same the second time then you truly know what their...

I am so confused...why are people giving this place above 1 star?? It was the worst food I've ever eaten and I eat out A LOT! I thought I ordered the Carnes Asada but it looked and tasted just like Leather! Actually, leather would've been better since it would've had less grissles!! And the service was absolutely terrible! The waiter just didn't care! He completely forgot about pretty much everything: the tortillas (I finally had to walk over to him because my food was getting cold), drinks, napkins, chips (we ended up using spoons for the queso dip because it was getting cold waiting for the chips!!). I'm usually patient if it's busy, but it wasn't even busy today!! Worst restaurant I've ever been to in my life!!
