I have attempted to order from this Dominos multiple times, usually giving poor results over the last couple of months. I just tried to place an online order to redeem my free pizza, which was complimentary after the last poor experience, just for it to be cancelled and my free pizza removed from my account. I placed the order online to be delivered to my house for my family while I am at work. They did try to call, but if I am placing the order online, there is obviously a reason I didn’t call or can not answer. They didn’t leave a message and canceled it without explanation and took away my reward. The time before last, I placed an online order and was notified that it would be 25-35 minutes. Plenty of time for the pizza to get to my house before I had to leave for work. After 20 minutes, I checked to see progress and noticed the time was extended by 10 minutes/ no big deal. The pizza then remained in quality check for 45 minutes. I called to be told it was already on its way (not true as I signed up for alerts). The pizza arrived 20 minutes later ( it is only a 4 minute drive) not hot. The driver was really nice and apologized as he stated the kids who work there just don’t care and he doesn’t know what else to do. The driver was the only good thing about the experience. Not to long before that order (month or 2 ago) I ordered a pizza, received the wrong pizzas, didn’t realize until after 15 min of it being at my house. Decided oh well, we paid more for ours but we’re tired of arguing with dominos (this specific location) and decided to chalk it up. Got a call asking if we received the wrong pizza, then they said they will pick it up since it was suppose to go to a different house and they would bring ours back. We said no and were honestly alarmed over that. We continued to eat our food and went to work. Received another call saying they were trying to deliver out pizza but no one is home (we always ask for contactless anyway so was confused). We explained we did not ask for another pizza. Received another call 5 minutes later by manager annoyed bc no one could accept the pizza. We again explained that we didn’t ask for another pizza and were never told a different delivery was coming. They told us they would refund our entire order AND give a free pizza. Neither of those things happened. Today is officially the last straw. I don’t know if they changed management recently, but they just lost a customer....
Read moreI ordered 2 medium pizzas, and didn't receive until Abt 2hrs after. I called and spoke to the GM and he told me there was only one driver and he would prob have to help with delivery. The GM was very professional and even apologized, so I was fine with waiting eventho I was starving along with my fam. What I'm not fine with is ordering a pizza with onions and only getting a tiny sprinkle around the pizza, ZERO sauce on both, and a very jalapeno taste on both when I'm allergic to ALL HOT/SPICEY FOODS AND SEASONINGS. Well, that's what I got. Needless to say, I'm my fam and I are going to bed hungry. It's just ridiculous that pizza places have gotten so careless and unprofessional!!! So wonder they're so cheap with 50% off online this week. It's bcuz they don't give u hardly any toppings you ask for, extremely stingy with the sauce, and apparently don't change their gloves, if they even wear them, when preparing different orders! I paid for delivery and gave a tip above the minimum! It's not appreciated and this place needs to care more abt ruining someone's paid meal with their hard earned money. One of my family members was murdered yesterday, and all I had taste for was pizza. Ppl just never know what a person/family is growing thru. A needed service has the ability to make or break a family's night. In this case, we feel worse, very hungry, and our night is ruined. I will never eat from there again, even if the pizzas were FREE. Not worth the weight! My advice, if you have not had pizza for a very long time and ur taste buds are in the mood for a pizza pie..... Do not order from this Dominoes, or a Dominoes PERIODT! Read moreThis is the worst Domino’s ever. I ordered a pizza on there app 2-3 hours ago. I called and they told me they do not have my order. So I called another store and they said they did not have my order so I called back to the pizza store on northfield. The young guy was very rude and act like he didn’t care about my order that I paid almost $32 for. So I called back once again and out the blue they found my order. So he tells me the order will be here within 15 to 20 minutes while I get another call back and they tell me they didn’t have the crust that I wanted so I said can you just give me the large crust the young lady said yes I will give you the large crust. So I give a notification that Cory is on his way with your order. 10 minutes later I get a call from the general manager stating they have none of the items that I want on my pizza and they have one driver and do I want to cancel my order, I told him yes then I called him back and I told him how I felt. I’ve told him the customer service is very weak. They’re very rude and I never experienced anything like this before dominoes need to be shut down. They have a bunch of young kids working there that does not care , I place the order two hours ago. It is now 340 and you calling me to tell me that you don’t have some of the items that I want on my pizza. I am going to write to the corporate and let them know how this Domino’s on Northfield in Maple Heights is very unprofessional.
