Really even though it has been rebuilt building wise the staff should have been also. You walk in and sometimes you get greeted sometimes you dont, since when leggings became part of a professional uniforms, what ever happened to wearing false nails was not allowed around food, whatever happened to hairnets being worn if your hair was a certain length, what happened to clean and fresh uniforms, whatever happened with service with a smile, what happened to proper food handling. I order a no salt fry one day and it was two people standing by the fry station a guy and a girl with hair weave down her back so the person that was bagging my order asked about the fry no salt so the guy already had brought the fried and placed salt on them the girl standing next to him told him to put the fries back into the basket so she thought I was not looking and so he scooped of some of the fries and thought it was okay to redrop my fries no you don't do that I told the manager she corrected it but still how many times that was done. The wait time in the drive thru is extremely ridiculous order was place at 2:10p.m didn't get my order till like 2:28p.m to slow. Co workers placed a order and argue with the order taker because she screwed up they order. I'm sorry but whoever owns this McDonald's really need to do a secret shop at different times of day and that might just be mid to late shift. Inside and drive thru it is really terrible. Yesterday I ordered a apple pie with my meal get home pop it in the microwave open it up it was not apple but that strawberry cheese pie I threw it away. Read moreI visit this Mc Donalds when they first re opened a couple of times and during the couple of times the drive thru was very slow the front counter was not professional at all. The attitudes of the employees to the uniforms of the employees. I never knew of any restaurants who allows leggings to be worn as part of a work uniform. I feel like if you do not like your job or you are not a people person fast food will never be a job you should apply for. Management should never allow employees to come to work looking like anything. Their uniforms should be clean and neat, hair nets and beard nets for those who should have them on, gloves for those who have on false nails on and most of all for the men pants should be the right sizes and not showing any underwear. At this Mc Donalds Managers should set the example for how you suppose to look when serving the public. I forgot to mention this part also when you ask for your food to be hot there is not a call back to the stations that someone wants their food freshly cooked the pusher or the expeditor gets a attitude if you tell them your order was supposed to be freshly made. Read moreTerrible place service is slow, the workers are immature and unprofessional. I've given this McDonald's several tries and the service and employees are the same every time. Today i went thru the drive thru, it took forever for someone to take my order, I paid for it at 9:23pm they asked me to pull by the blue car n your order will be brought to u, at 9:50pm I went inside to see what's up with my order, no one was working on it so at 9:54pm I told the manager Kim I wanted my money back I've been waiting to long, there were several other people that came thru the drivthru that came In bcuz they had been waiting longer then me, their orders were wrong n they were tired of waiting. I'll avoid going to this McDonald's. The owner/corporate really needs to address the issues here, but then again owner/corporate may not care they may only be concerned about the $$$..hmmm.
