California Pretty Nails — Local services in Maple Heights

Greetings I recently got my nails done I typically do my own nails I decided I wanted to do something special for myself I went into this location and the price on the board says they have nails that are $35 and up now I have not been to a nail location in a long time because again I do my own nails however I wasn't worried about the price I specifically knew I wanted a $35 price which I'm sure was going to be short nails I wanted short nails however my nail tech was very rough on my hands and kept pulling my arm as if my arm was going to get longer my nail tech in my opinion did not use enough acrylic on my nails when I told my nail tech that my nail did not have enough acrylic the gentleman said he's been doing this for a long time I also said I've been getting my nails done for more than 25 years with that being said I didn't want to continue the conversation because it didn't look like it would be productive however I do have images of my nails that I paid almost $40 for and I also gave the gentleman a tip because that's customary for someone doing work however the quality of my nails is very very poor I don't feel like I received enough acrylic on my nails I did say something while I was at the table he still filed the nails down so there's less acrylic on the nails and I'm just not happy with my nails at all in my opinion the attitude of this this gentleman made me never want to return to this location again I do not typically make statements like that but in my opinion I can speak for myself I will not go back again I will go around the corner to the fancy nails My point of making this is that I believe if you're looking for good customer service and if you are looking for your nails to be done correctly at a decent price then please make sure you shop around for people that can adequately...

If we could give 0 stars we would. I took a chance on this place disregarding the review I read about the place being dirty and nasty… Called up there to get the price for med-full set with mail art… was told the cost then when it’s time to leave they up the cost to $150 bucks.. then when I speak to them they say of it’s 67.00 plus tax .. ok then when I get there they like I told them it would be 100 for this… huh.. no I just spoke to the lady.. next I know we are refunded a portion and they are removing nails… then the young women in there is yelling at my 14 year old daughter calling her a liar.. I asked her to speak to me and she refuses and keeps calling her a lair… I asked to see the video where they advised them of the price first it will be an hour now two I said then call the police I’m sure it will take less time… she said ok then told us to get out her shop…

If you want an expected service with great customer service don’t go there… you will be nickel and dime no clear pricing and called a liar if you disagree…

This place is terrible and the lady has no common sense.. poor communication skills…

I try to never leave a negative review, but this one you have to read Pictures attached. So many red flags 🚩 but I did it anyways. 1st. They are extremely slow 2nd. The cleanliness of this establishment is less then sanitary. 3rd. Professionalism is non existent 4th. COST! Well let’s just say they nickel and dime you to death. What I asked for is in the pictures, what I received (also in pics) was something totally different. And no need to complain because it’s definitely falling on death ears. I watched as techs finished clients and leave for the day without cleaning their station. Techs go from one client to another without washing their hands. Each person acted as if the customers was bothering them, so only one person would call names. My service was with Alex who I was referred to and even though I showed him what I wanted he gave me what he wanted me to have. Then charged me an extra $5 PER HAND for so called. Coffin nails. Trust me I say I will never go back and will continue to share my experience and pictures...
