Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Shade Township

I will not recommend pizza from this location. Even though the location was open, I was not able to place a order from phone. It never connected to the store staff. I had to drive to the store and place the order in person. I noticed the store phone was ON in engaged mode. It seems that made that no phone call connected to the store. As i saw when i was in the store, there were no orders in queue. Clearly shows the location associates were relaxing.

Coming to the pizza, well it was one of the worst. I had throw half of it as it was not consumable. It was greasy, the pizza box below the pizza was oily. Slice was breaking when removing. It was not fit for eating. Same with the stuffy bread, where i saw only cheese and liitle bread. Clearly both the items i ordered were poorly prepared. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED. I ordered a 5 topping pizza two weeks ago and they messed up the order horribly. I called the store and I was assured I would receive a free 5 topping pizza because of their error. I decided to order the pizza today and I specifically asked if since I was only getting a cheese pizza instead of the 5 topping if this would cover the delivery and I was told yes. When the driver arrived he said the total was 4 something (the price isn’t the issue it is the principle of being told that it would be covered) when I called the store back to address this, Isabell answered being terribly rude and could not help in the least bit. After two hours of wait, and a phone call once per hour, and being lied to on the phone about my order status, ( by the assistant manager because their regular manager is out on injury, apparently), i called again when my food showed delivered status. Still not here.

I got a snippy millenial snot, who told me my food was enroute. Same thing i was told an hour ago. Told her i understood covid busy and all that, but im not interested in (evasive ) excuses...what can they do for me and is my food actually on the way?

She snottily told me she could cancel my order And i could get my food somewhere else, and hung up on me.

Seriously, this is what places are hiring now ? Snot, excuses Lies and attitude after a two Hour wait for food...
