I was greatly disappointed with my interaction with the manager at this store. 3 chairs, same model, same fabric just different colors. Two out of the three the prices were marked down on the tags. The chair I liked though did not have a tag and on the bottom the regular price was written with no marked down sticker. As I was checking out I asked about the price and was told that the same chair was not marked down and I would have to pay full price. All I wanted to know was why the same chair would cost more than the others and he would not give me a reason or explanation. Clearly there was a mistake and the manager would not admit that. Was about to buy a decoration for Halloween, the tag underneath said 9.99. While paying they inform us the price was probably wrong and they updated it to 49.99. We even asked the manager herself if the price was right ( 9.99) and her answer was positive. Then at the counter while paying, she changed her words and raised the price. Incredible Selection of brand name sofas, chairs, lamps, mirrors, wall art, tables, and rugs. Don't forget to look up when you walk in this store as they also have a nice selection of chandeliers. With a entrance off Route 38 across from Marshalls and inside the mall this store will definitely impress with top names your sure to recognize. What I could have done without were the same items available in their sister stores TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Home Goods or any other off price retailer.
