Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Valley

I've had problems with this Dominos for a while. Every single time I've requested another cup of dressing or icing, they forget it. But this last order tops the cake- I ordered and watched the tracker. It started out alright but then my food apparently came out of the oven 45 minutes before the delivery person picked it up. I waited until an hour and a half after I'd originally placed the order to call the store. As I was calling them, the tracker showed my order as delivered... but no one showed up at my door. That being said, they were very nice and gave me a full refund and offered to re-make my order. I'm waiting for it now and hoping it doesn't take another hour and a half to get here... EDIT I did eventually get my order, but they gave me hot wings instead of the BBQ wings I ordered and only one of the three packets of dressing for my salad. I called them and decided to just go pick up the BBQ wings. Finally after all that I returned home happy only to discover that they also gave me completely the wrong salad. At 6:57pm I decided after a long days work I didn’t want to cook and we haven’t had pizza in months so I ordered on line which told me 30-50 min wait time. After 40 min passed I tired to call the store because the tracker hadn’t moved at all. No answer. Tried again another time after waiting another 15 min, got some message saying that they were unable to answer the phone and it was going to hang up. I now have my kid asking when are we gonna eat?.. I drive over to ask if it was done and they told me it hadn’t even been started! And that it would still be over an hour wait. Lmao so I said forget it take me off I don’t want to wait any longer. At 9:36 pm I received an email saying thank you for the order?! I’m sorry you guys need to either get a second location or a bigger store with more staff.. I will stick with frozen pizza cheaper and way less of a hassle...

Worst experience I have ever had. I have been ordering from this dominoes for over 11 years and after today will not be ever again. Ordered delivery, followed the dominoes tracker which told me my good had been delivered. After three attempts to get someone on the phone, I finally reached someone who told me the driver could not locate my address. The driver instead of calling for directions assistance returned to the store where my food was thrown away, I guess. They told me they would remake it and it would be better if I could pick it up in 20 minutes. Ten minutes later I received a call back to say it works y be more than 40 minutes before they could remake my food. I asked for a refund and was told they would refund my card when they had time.
