Do not visit this imos. The service is horrible and the workers are awful. Whether you’re in town visiting or live here ordering dinner, avoid it. Went with my family and Miley B, the cashier, messed up our order, while the rest of our family received their food. My husband and I ordered before the rest of my family. I had to ask 4 times where our food was. On the 4th time, she finally said we ordered it to go, when we had not. She then tried to give me the house salad that had been sitting 30 minutes unrefrigerated while my family was finishing their salads. She put the to go salad on a plate and brought it to me. I brought it back and asked for a refund. She blank stared at me and said “but i just put this on a plate for you” even though I saw her take my to go box salad and put it on the plate. I told her my family was all done with appetizers and I didn’t want it and I would like a refund - no answer. Asked for a manager and sat down. She then came over and said to my husband our pizza was for to go as well, despite our other 8 family members getting all of their dine-in food on time, before us. She argued with my husband at the table about it and my husband kept telling her no, we didn’t order it to go. Whole thing was so stupid. Just take responsibility for your mistake, Miley B. Not that hard. Took an hour to even get the pizza. See recipes for dine in proof. Won’t ever visit again, got...
Read moreOn 4/22/23 I ordered a large sausage pizza and 8 buffalo wings . When I got back to my hotel to enjoy food with my aunt in which I raved about to her about . Our wings were raw. I immediately call back and I spoke with Brittany in which offered little to no support . Yes I got the wings in a deal and the only thing I wanted was my wings replaced . We did a carry out, I asked Brittany could I just pay the delivery fee and they bring them to me she said no because we weren’t in their delivery zone . I asked could she overall credit my account in which she said yes and hung up on me . She said the credit on my account for that store but I already told her we did not live in stl only visiting
I called back and ask for verification or some type of proof she gets and attitude and says the GM would be in tomorrow and I should call back . I asked was there anything they could do because we were visiting stl and wanted wings . We left Sunday 4/23/23 morning imos was not open at the time of our departure.
After telling me about the gm she hung up on me again .
Honestly I’m really disappointed. My aunt never had imos and just how Brandy handled a situation with under cooked wings made me sad . Also it was a total of 3 of us that looked at the wings and determined they needed to be cooked longer
Part of the inside of the wings was still...
Read moreFirst things 1st. I work in Customer Service. I understand that sometimes, as an employee, you can get a little frustrated with people. While placingmy order, the person i spoke with was rude and talked over me while I was trying to explain what I wanted. He did not ask me when i was done with the order if I would like anything else, just completed it. when I asked to have some ranch added on he said he could not (which in my experience with imos, THEY CAN.) So as to just get the order over with, I asked to have ranch and pay for it with cash. He then asked what i ordered to verify, I told him and he immediatly snapped at me and said "I know, I was making sure". After which I was very short with him as to keep my cool. The pizza was then 20 minutes PAST the time quoted. The person who delivered it was equally as rude and short with me. We opened the box and found that most of the toppings were in the center, the peices were not cut through, some slices did not have sauce, some did not have cheese and others had no toppings....I made pizzas for 2 years at an Italian deli. I understand that not every pizza is going to be perfect but SERIOUSLY? I then called the Manager. He offered to send another pizza but did not apologize to me for being treated in such a manor. I will NEVER eat at this Imos ever again, nor will...
