Went in the store on June 5th to add my son in law on my plan. We worked with Rashunda J., she was more interested in chatting than doing her job and it took WAY longer than it should have. We got to the store around 10:30-11 and didn't leave till almost 2. Thats ridiculous. At one point she had to start over bc she talked so much her tablet timed out.
But what im really more upset about is i just called to see what our next phone bill is going to be and she said his portion was $101.00 I almost fell out of my chair bc that's NOT what we agreed to in the store. Apparently Rashunda added things to my account that I was going to have to pay for without my concent. So there's 40 min on the phone I'll never get back. Trying to sort everything out that she screwed up.

   Read moreStaff are polite but not respectful of customer time. First time in I waited for 40 minutes, being told "5 more minutes" multiple times, so I ran out of time and left. Second time, I waited 15 minutes, got 5 minutes into my upgrade, then other customers came in and the rep decided to start chatting with them and helping them for 10 minutes while she sat with my half filled paperwork in front of her. This is not how to treat valued and patient customers.

I watched them interact with several people and not only are they genuinely kind and professional with everyone but they really look for ways to help each customer get the most bang for their buck. Ive seen other companies employees act like its neat to steal or lie in order to get more and they act like its a good thing when they teach their customers to do the same. We know that never works because its simply not guaranteed and its wrong and not everyone wants to be a criminal. Anyway, in this store, they're about being financially saavy and upfront and honest.
