It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Maplewood

I should have just listened to the reviews. DO NOT DO IT. I ordered 16 wings, curly fries and drink for $22 plus tax. The curbside person was ready. However keep in mind this is a silent kitchen in Chili’s. I got two large boxes of what’s in this picture. No fries no drink….I informed her and she ran in and got some fries, still no drink. I don’t fault her because again she in this case was just the messenger and a Chili’s worker, It’s Just Wings seems to work independently from what I understand. The price was not worth these wings I really expected better. It was carelessly packaged and the wings weren’t great to be honest, they were barely tossed in Buffalo sauce, and of course I received mostly flats🥴. I did order Chili’s appetizer wing earlier in the week and was more impressed with those. I’m not sure if the same person is making them but I definitely tasted a difference. I’d rather pay the extra price to order directly from Chili’s. I hope they do better but clearly after seeing all these reviews they don’t care to improve. So DO NOT...

Second time my order has been processed incorrectly. Door Dash did fine in bringing the food but Its Just Wings should change their name to "Its Just Mistakes With Frozen Nuggets". Instead of putting the wrong sauce on my chicken this time they just didn't put any on at all. Bold choice. Especially since the receipt clearly states there should be parmesan garlic sauce.

To make matters even more fun, because they work through Chili's there is absolutely no accountability for mistakes. You can try calling but it will just forward you to a Chili's representative who will take great pleasure in not being able to help. They will be condescending and then blame Door Dash.

I will now do whatever it takes to let as many people know just how terrible Its Just Wings and Chili's are as food providers and customer...

Idk what all the bad reviews were about, I was obsessed with the apple bbq and curly fries, and I’m a ranch snob I loved the soupy ranch. However it’s all changed, wayyy less fries and they’re not curly, I tried the plain bbq since there was no apple, and there was hardly any sauce, and had a weird lemon bite.
