The manager or owner refused to give me a refund after the card machine ran out of cards. He said that no body else had a problem with the machine, I showed him my bank statement where it appeared as paid. I proceeded to try and purchase another card to show him the machine wasn’t working and when I did the machine read it didn’t have anymore cards. He opened up the machine and there it was, the card was jammed along with the receipt. I did not get any apology or anything. I was very upset as he tried to say I was lying at the beginning. I say to him “you see I wasn’t lying” but he got very mad and said if I was going to give him a hard time that Hume wanted us to leave. He ended up calling security and threatened us that he if he kicked us out that he would be banned from the entire mall. Read moreI would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had taken my kids here to play will never return again. Most games were not working. Buttons were sticking on a lot of them. Machines took extra points off of game cards double what it was to play. I told the manager/owner about the problems, he ignored me and continued working on in the back area. I asked him if I can have points back on card since 5 games weren’t working. He only gave me points back for one game. He did not talk at all just seemed annoyed that I complained about games not working. The manager/owner did not even apologize for inconvenience or games not working. Read moreI had my son's birthday party there. The kids had a blast. The manager, Christian, was awesome. But return on Tuesday, we returned the arcade to use the unsued arcade cards from the birthday party. The assistant manager refused to allow my son to use or transfer all unused money and points onto one card. She stated it was the company's policy not to do that. I asked her for the manager who set up the party number, and she stated, "I am the assistant manager." She was very rude while talking to me. She did not even attempt to solve the issue. I do not recommend At The Pier, when they have employees like that....
