Came here after having several issues with another company. Initial interaction and purchase went good. Set up for delivery (discussed delivery prior to 2pm - was told no problem and he stated we would probably be the first delivery that day). Never heard from them/confirm call -so I called to verify. It was still on. Verified they had it prior to 2pm-they did. Day of delivery I reached out at lunch as they still hadn't arrived. I spoke with Tom, whom I had been working with the entire time. After checking he failed to call me back, so I called him again. -I was told it was on the way to my house. Great! When it wasn't there an hour later- I reached out again. -Then I was told the delivery drivers on the way to "pick it up"- first states in Maplewood- which was going to push limits on time. Even I couldn't make it from the store to my house in the 30 min he's stating- ontop of knowing it's not even loaded yet. After all this I reiterated our conversation to confirm and then was told it was coming from West St Paul- which added another 30 min time in delivery!! -At this point I'm stressed out at work trying to deal with this. I realize I'm 100% being jerked around as Toms story changes constantly to fit the second.. told Tom to just be honest and tell me what is happening so I can figure out other arrangements for someone else to be there for it! Tom at that point stated "can't your hubby leave for work later" 😳 UNBELIEVABLE. No sir, if he does that people die. Not everyone has a job that allows them to stroll in late.
Delivery made it to the house, late and past time- needed a neighbor to come let them in to drop it off in garage.
Here's the thing. THINGS HAPPEN. Understandable. The 100% dishonest and jerking around- NOT ACCEPTABLE. I was ELATED about the product I purchased, and initial purchase was fine. Tom really ruined it! He couldnt care less and it's obvious.👎👎👎

(or they used too anyway) But if you don't like the appliance you had to purchase and it has to be ordered sight unseen you may be disappointed at the 16% restocking fee. Best Buy has better options. Not friendly unless you go in there knowing what you want and they think they are going to make a sale then they are "so nice". But if you have an issue or too many questions the rudeness comes out. I was told that if I didn't like what I purchased or it didn't fit properly that we could deal with it then. Sales person never mentioned the restocking fee if I needed to return it, until I did want to send it back because the door opening on the refrigerator I purchased doesn't open all the way because of a wall next to it. It was a touch and go situation and the sales person knew that. I even brought pictures of my kitchen to show, how much space was there and of course measurements. Sales person was a "yeah, yeah, yeah" kind of person and said it should be fine. Me, not ever purchasing a refrigerator for this house before, figured I could trust the sales person. "NOT" The only interest they have is making the sale and that's it. When I called after I had the fridge for 4 days, they weren't interested in my concerns. The reason I went there is because I purchased a microwave from them about 7 years ago and had really good luck with them. Must be a New staff or they should retire because they have been there too long and are getting crabby and uninterested in customer service. I will never go back. I will stick with Best Buy or Sears the customer service is better and they tell you up front...

I would Highly recommend shopping here. I went to serveral appliance stores to began my search for a new refrigerator and I just felt like I hadn't found the right one to give my money too. Price was not an issue as most places were much the same. But the people were and their store. They are personable, knowledgeable and caring. Our refrigerator completely died and they offered to bring us a loaner because of the Covid-19 delay. Wow ! Who even thinks to do that now days.
