Dunkin' — Restaurant in Marana

I understand people might have "off" days in customer service, but our recent trip to Dunkin left tons to be desired. We waited about 15 min at the window for a mobile order, which included 4 drinks and 1 baked good. Once they came to the window with our drinks, I was handed 2 drinks, one of which was incorrect--like a completely diff drink. I told the young lady at the window that my drink was incorrect and she took it back to make the right one. She brought it back and told us to have a good night. I told her we were missing 2 drinks and a muffin still. She went back to check the order and then came back after a bit with the 2 drinks and told us to have a good night. I told her I was still missing a muffin. She went back for it and then apologized for the confusion. When we got home, everyone's drinks were found to be horrible. One terribly sweet, 2 terribly bland and zero flavor, and hot coffee was cold. Sadly, no one was satisfied with their drinks. I have 2 stars for service because the young lady was nice about...

Super disappointed I’ve been to this location several times since it was open and have ordered the $6 dollar meal. I’ve asked for it to be on a croissant and pay extra for sausage. Today I had 4 team members act like I don’t know what I’m talking g about and told me I can’t have that. Even though I have receipts from previous days! The team members had blue TAPE in their ears , were unprofessional and not willing to help me. It was a NO! Super disappointed given this is a new location dependent on a small community in West Marana! I WONT be back and I’ll tell my story to my neighbors. When I called they refused to let me talk to a manager and told me nothing they can do. Clearly customer service and professionalism are not important. Also submitting complaint...

As a mom of two small children, typically we go through the drive through. I am SO glad that we were brave and went inside today! We had the best customer service, the employees were so polite and friendly to my children. Our food came out fast and it was very tasty! We even were able to get sample some ice cream flavors from the Baskin Robbin’s side! Thank you Claudia for making this mom’s day with your kindness and compassion! Will absolutely be coming back to this location regularly! As a bonus the restrooms were clean and well stocked! Thank you Marana...
