I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Noah who was on shift at 8:30pm(while I was there) 7/1/23.
He was extremely courteous, patient, and professional when taking orders and preparing food.
My only complaint is that he was all ALONE. Is this Subway policy? To leave one (1) person by themselves to be overworked? I have nothing but praise for Noah but I was sad to see him struggle to make everyone happy(which he did!).
I hope he is recognized for his hard work and I hope management/ownership recognizes the need for more help in their store(s). Not only would it be more efficient but safer for the employees.

Read moreThis has been my favorite location for years I have spent hundreds of dollars here . The fact that they now charge for extra veggies will now send me to another location. One of the long standing reasons we go here is we like lots of veggies Usually only 2 veggies on out sandwiches. And now we have to pay more like extra cheese.. that is nonsense. To me this is a fundamental of subway. I have been a loyal customer since I worked for subway in the 90s and this is enough to send me elsewhere. With the sandwiches already costing a lot more to cover the rise in wages to now also.have to pay for veggies.. nope. Disappointed...

However, whoever the owner or manager is, you need to shut down Online orders between the hours of 2P and 4P when Alisa is by herself.
It's not fair to your customers who are already standing in line to place their orders when an Online order comes in, because it's no different than somebody cutting in front you.
Online people are in the comfort of their homes watching their BIG SCREEN TVs while numerous adults with children are waiting patiently.
Either that, you should have two counter people at all times.
