I donāt know whatās happened to this place in the last month, but I doubt I will be back. Up until a month ago this particular Chipotle was the only one I would go to. The staff was friendly, the food quantities and quality were better than the others Iāve tried in the Tucson area, and it was relatively clean. About a month ago I went in and ordered a chicken bowl, dine in. While the server put a reasonable amount of chicken in the bowl he asked me about rice and beans, which I declined as I normally do. The young, obviously more in charge woman standing next to the server admonished him in a very condescending way āto watch his portion sizeā. Possibly the portion was a little large, but he had asked me prior to dishing it up about the rice and beans and I think was trying to make up the emptiness of the bowl with more chicken. Regardless of portion policies I donāt think talking down to employees in front of customers is appropriate. The next time I was in, a week later I ordered a carnitas bowl without looking at the hot table. Before I could say anything the server was scooping the scant remaining carnitas from the quarter panā¦..mostly liquid with very little protein to be seen. He was so busy asking me what else I wanted on it he didnāt hear me complain about the condition of the carnitas. It continuedā¦.I asked for pico and he was already asking if that was all I wanted on it when we hadnāt even gotten to the sour, cream, cheese, and lettuce. Tonight I decided to check what was actually fresh in the steam table before ordering. There were absolutely no peppers and onions in the quarter pan. When the young man asked me what I would like I told him that whatever I ordered I was going to want peppers and onions. He made no movement toward whomever was responsible for replenishing the line. I let several customers pass in front of me thinking while they were being served possibly the peppers and onions would appear, but they didnāt. As I was now the only one left it line the server came back and asked if I wanted to wait for peppers and onions? I saw no indication that anything was being done about it, it was just being left to chance, so I left. Like I saidā¦.what happened to this place? Did you lose a manager, fire a manager, have some major overturn in staff? I stopped going to Chipotle years ago for similar reasonsā¦.Totally undependable portion sizes. I remember in Denver standing behind another customer and watching as the server piled unlimited amounts of ingredients on his order, but when I asked for extra cheese was quickly told āwe charge for thatā! The last time I was in Denver I found that half of them no longer sell beer. It defeats the whole idea behind chains/franchisesā¦ā¦the same food, same offerings no matter where you are, or what restaurant of the same name. This particular Chipotle has become even more pathetic than the others Iāve frequented across the country. I just looked at other reviews for this place many of which are bad, many regarding portion size. If your response to this is simply to direct me to a website, donāt bother. Itās you that should be reaching out...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI made a pickup order online and was hoping it would save me some time and aggravation. I was so WRONG! I had 4 orders and was asking if everything was in it including the milk for the 2 kids meals. The bearded employee then turned to a young kid and asked if he put the milk in the bag. His reply was "I think so uhhh!" š³. Since that wasn't reassuring, I started to take the food out of the bag to check the order. I then told the bearded man, that the milks were not in the bag. I had my boys in the car and they were starving, tired, and cranky and I was desperate for the day to be over and to be home eating our dinner. Then I asked them what about the side orders for the kids like the fruit and the bag of chips that come with the kids meals. Since they were in cardboard containers I didn't want to take everything out so that it would get cold before I got home so I asked them if they happen to put the side orders in the containers, the bearded man replied " yes they are inside the containers you're all set!" Went home and found out I am missing their side orders. This is so frustrating! These two guys had no intention on actually doing what their job description entails. They literally got paid for being lazy as hell! I call customer service and they were generous enough to surprise me with a refund. People need to start taking their lives more seriously here in Tucson! This is so freaking ridiculous and happens...
