Starbucks — Restaurant in Marana

I personally LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Starbucks Coffee!! And I only treat myself to there coffee drinks once maybe twice a year, b/c of how expensive they are. It was busy when I arrived. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with only moving 2 car lengths. So I decided to park and go inside. Where my order was taken the minute I walked in the door. The was absolutely no line to order. But there was about 15-20 customers inside and I'd say only 3-5 people had drinks. The rest were waiting. I ended up waiting an additional 17 minutes to receive my order. And I only ordered 1 Venti iced Pumpkin Spice Latte. Nothing unique or fancy about it. It is my most favorite drink in the whole world. And I'm 100 % serious about this!!! And ya know the whole situation could have been made a bit better, buy a simple Thank you for ur patience or an We sorry about the wait. Ya know anything along those lines. But of course none of those were offered. So I most likely won't visit this store either ever again or I'll wait a good yr or more, when they...

This location is very hit or miss with their service and quality.

I have had them not get my order correct a coupe of times and the person taking orders/at the window acting like they wanted to be anywhere else but there and the drive-thru line takes forever to get through!

However, when you catch them on a good day, they are awesome! I was only in Tucson for 7 days (and literally went to this location every single day because my family members live off Cortaro Farms), but on the day that Rebekah (and a guy whose nametag I wasn't able to see) worked, not only did I get my sconed warmed up (like I asked), I got a correct order and total and smile at the window.

So this place can be a crapshoot, but it was the closest location to me during my stay and proximity to caffeine fix takes priority!

I love the Hot Chocolate, it's rich and yummy. I also like the Vanilla Frappe. The chocolate chip frappe and the pumpkin bread are great. The pumpkin bread tastes just like my grandmother's used to. The hot chocolate is so much better than Village Inn where it tastes like a packaged mix. I just wish they stayed open later than 9pm. They have totally remodeled the location with more baristas. However, there is virtually no indoor seating remaining. It was pleasant outside until it started to rain.....guess they really just want drive thru customers now.
