McDonald's — Restaurant in Marble Falls

This McDonald doesn't deserve any stars. We were waiting in line for a while before getting up to the speaker to give them our order. No one said can we help you? All we heard was the speaker going in and out. So, we figured the speaker was broken and pulled up to the first window. We talked to a young girl and she said she couldn't take our order there only take cash but that their taking the orders at the next window. So we waited again, thinking ok that find. Pulled up to the last window and they told us that we had to drive around so they can take our order. Really!!! After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I dont think so. I worked in fast food before. What they should have done was.... once we got to the first window knowing they didnt have our order. Get a pen and paper take our order. Go put our order in. Come back to tell us our total. Then we can pay for our food and move the line along, "knowing we have been waiting for a while." Anyhow, by the time we would've gotten to the pick up window our food would have been ready. Thats real costumer service. McDonalds teach you workers how to work better and have better costumer service. We shouldn't have to wait in line...get up to the window and hear you say we have to drive around and wait in line again. So yall can take out order...knowing it was yalls fault for not getting our order at the speaker when the speaker was messing up. Not going to this...

Very rude manager threatened to call cops and made me leave right after getting my food with my mother in law and step kids after doing nothing at all won't be going back been going to this restaurant for 4 years and never had a problem the since they hired someone who has been arrested for drug possession is working there is when I'm not able to eat there with my family if there was a zero star rating I would have put zero even though the general manager was very nice and polite the other manager was not he had the disrespect not only to me be my wife in front of my step kids and my mother in law why would you have the thought of being so low to be so rude and mean to me in front of my family if you want to talk to someone about an issue with a employee who works there and a paying customer do it in a private manner not in the middle of the parking lot and on reasons you don't have any facts and accusations from 3 or 4 people who are related to the employee who said someone and after spending $50 and wanting to sit down and eat inside and let my step kids play on the playground and to be told to leave sheer disrespect if your a manager don't threatened to call cops for no reason I have no reason to start anything nor do I have to start anything with anyone who is...

A fair amount of people grouse about McDonald's...or fast food altogether, and that is okay. I will tell you, honestly and without (much) shame- I am not one of those people. Fast food has its place- and McDonald's has the best fountain Coca-Cola of any restaurant I have ever frequented. I am a chronic migraine sufferer and as such, depend on the sugar and caffeine a good old-fashioned real Coke provides when needed. Plus, they keep their syrup and water extra-cold and there is a double-filtration system in place that delivers a better, more delicious product. Swear. Also, sometimes you just need some burn-your-face-off hot, salty, and delicious French fries. There is a moment in your life when you get the perfect batch, that is transformative- at least for me. All that said, for the last several years there has been a very sweet little lady who attends the drive-thru window. She is thoughtful and charismatic, she is efficient and on top of things and mostly, she is friendly and kind. I look forward to seeing her every time and I like to think she enjoys seeing me too. Sometimes in our busyness we forget the simple pleasantries that can make a day brighter... She never forgets and always...
