Angel's Latin Cafe — Restaurant in Margate

Well I really love this place. The food is delicious. They have an awesome coffe. I been coming here for about 4 months now, every Wednesday and I was always so happy to come, the staff recognized me everytime and they were so happy to see me again. For some reason they have a new guy now serving and he is awful. He is nice and friendly but awful doing his job. He takes forever to take your order, doesn't pay attention and never brings what you ordered. He looks like if he is in another world in his mind. One time a brought a coworker with so much expectation of this place and he ruined it. We ordered empanadas to start and two tostadas, he brought just 1 empanada and left the table, when we asked for the other he apologized because they ran out which I understand but he could it say something. Later he brought 1 tostada and left, when we asked for the other one he said they ran out...😡😡😡😡😡😡 what's wrong with this guy? He doesn't know how to communicate? Sadly everytime I go now he is there, he makes a really good coffe but that's all, his service is awful. I'm not sure if I want to keep dealing with him, I might have to find another...

Went here for lunch today. Every Wednesday my boyfriend and I chose a different family owned restaurant to have lunch at and I have to say, I am not disappointed about this choice. Some of the most friendly/attentive service I have ever received. Just based on that I'll be a repeat customer. As an added bonus the food was incredible. I did take out so you always expect the food to get a little cold or soggy on your travel but theirs was still hot and perfect. Since this was my first time I had to try the cuban, my friends got an omlette and the Palomilla. We were all pleased with our choices. They even came from behind the counter to open the door for me as I walked out. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to support our local family owned businesses during Covid... Also after Covid. Thank you!

An absolutely FANTASIC experience. I have lived around this location for well over a decade and have been looking for a nice welcoming breakfast/brunch/lunch place. Just so glad I happened upon Angel's Latin Cafe.

Excellent breakfast. You MUST try out their cafe con leche. I truly loved it. The rest of the breakfast was very very good as well. A huge shout out to Catherine who served me. Very polite and extremely eager to make sure that the clients have a very good dining experience. I noticed that the other staff were also on top of their game.

On my way out Alex who was sitting at a table with his dad Angel said Hi to me. I got talking and turns out that Angel and Alex own the place! I thanked them for the wonderful place they run here in Margate. Very warm, friendly and down to earth folks, who genuinely enjoy making sure that their customers have a nice dining experience.

I shall definitely be back and frequent Angel's Latin Cafe often especially on weekends. Great Job folks! Keep up...
