First off let me start by saying I love shopping at rainbow. But I had a bad experience today as I went to exchange a body suit for a different size and the young lady told me that I cannot due to hygiene which I completely understand but if I was in store and tried it on they would of taken it back and put it on the shelf with no problem. So what is the difference. I mentioned they should have a sign at the register and she walked to the side of the counter and pointed to a plexi glass where a sign is posted but it is not in site of the customer. Its facing a wall. Seriously! Employees should have to mention that all bodysuit sales are final when someone is purchasing. Now I have a body suit that doesn't fit and I really wanted to wear it for my birthday this weekend. I did not purchase the different size because what is the point to have 2 of the same thing. Management needs to figure out a way to make these things more clear in the store so no one has to deal with...

They have too many jewels, too many shoes and too many clothes its hard to go in between the clothing racks to find what you want and sometimes you get caught in the racks or stuck which could be a hazard or cause lawsuits.
