When this location opened up close to home I was elated!! I generally come in about 3x a week since it’s conveniently closer to my house, I usually walk in and I’m always greeted and the young man with braids/dreads already knows my order/name (so sorry I forgot yours) he really is the best!!
However I walked in Sunday early afternoon about 11am he wasn’t there, there was a young lady working by herself and had a few customers ahead of me so I knew I had to wait maybe 5-10mins the most. Why I waited over 30mins and left without a smoothie is beyond me!! She couldn’t find my smoothie and I know from experience most people can’t find it on the POS I guess it’s under another name….she made my smoothie along with other customers who came after me and everyone left after me….im glad I tried my smoothie before leaving because it wasn’t what I ordered at all. I let her know it was wrong she called her manager I’m assuming and she then let me know that they “discontinued” this smoothie. Mind you I was there the day before and ordered the same smoothie. Overall yes I did get my refund but the experience was just plain chaos and a waste of my time. I left that location and drove to another and got my smoothie I always order. Read moreI got here at 7:30pm, I came in and spoke to the gentlemen, and he looked at me and didn’t speak. He walked straight to the back. So I went to the register under the assumption that someone else was going to tend to me. I sat there, he came back out and again I asked “how’re you” and still no comment. He comes back and says “we’re already closed.”
For one, I understand that in restaurant industries coming in at 7:30 when you close at 8 could be frustrating. However, at least speak to me and not have me waiting there. Why be completely shut down at 7:30 anyway? I don’t know. But, communication definitely needs to be improved for only 2 people to be there and no one greets the customers...
Read moreFor a new store and new staff, the team is very friendly and accommodating. They are open to answering any questions and provide a pretty chill atmosphere. I saw them handle a situation with an extremely toxic customer that looked to be abusing refunds and they all kept their cool and provided excellent service despite all the bs being thrown their way, and for that alone I give them 10/10. One of my new fave places to hit after the gym. Keep up...
