Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Marianna

We heard a lot about how great this place was ... Though our visit just didn't give us a great impression. We arrived to a super long drive through line (which we hoped was a good sign) and went inside to eat.

The gentleman at the register was new and having trouble ringing in our order, so it took a little longer than usual, but he was trying hard and pleasant.

Unfortunately, the food was just ok, the Chicken sandwiches were decent but buns were moist/mushy. The hot wings were only partially sauced, though cooked well.

Overall, at ~$65 for 3 sandwiches and 20 wings, it definitely wasn't worth it.

Cons: We ordered hot wings, a 20 pack, and they were only partially sauced - oddly enough you can only get one sauce per order (unlike every other place that has hot wings - get 20 wings, you get at least two sauce choices).

Their hottest hot wing sauce isn't very hot. When we asked for more sauce I was given one 1/4 filled container and told anymore would cost extra.

They put an untrained employee on the only register open at dinner time....

Lately the food has been hit or miss, but the service has normally been decent, however, I went here on 9/5/23 around 1pm and put in an order while inside, to eat there. The guy that was taking the orders was a younger white guy with a big gold chain who was not professional at all. He was wearing his pants down to his knees. After the order was placed I waited for nearly 20 minutes for the order to be called. There were 2 couples in the dinning area and about 6 cars in the drive through. After the 20 minutes I went up to the counter to see how much longer it would be. The same guy who took my order just looked at me. Another guy walked up and got me taking care of. It ended up that the guy working the cash register put it in a to go bag, and left it behind the computer. He never said it was ready or anything. He did not apologize he simply looked at the other guy and said “I’m going on break” and proceeded to walk away. Ordered online, went through drive through. Waited in a long line and there was no one out side like usual. Anyways we waited. Confirmed order at voice box, however the server never answered my question about my salad. Get to the window and our food was shoved at us, when I asked about the salad they said yes its in the bag. After pulling forward I realized I was shorted a drink, so I went back in and a VERY RUDE girl named Carrie shoved an empty cho at me. So I looked at the drink machine and there was another long line, so I ask if she could just fill my cup behind the register and she became nasty to me. Then started talking to other employees about me as if I was not there, even at one point calling me a b!!!!h. Then when she handed me my drink it had coke all over the outside and on the lid which spilled onto my new dress. I have been going there since the doors opened at this location, but that was my last time there for sure. So disappointed in the company's customer service. Zero...
