So, all of what you've read in these reviews so far is true. Pizza is inconsistent... you'll get it burnt, incorrect toppings, if you order custom it's almost guaranteed to be wrong, it'll never be made before 20-30 minutes AFTER the latest time they tell you. We look past these things because generally they're pretty decent and pizza wise theyre the cheapest game in town. As usual we place an order online, ignore the time it says it'll be prepared because it never is, get there 10 minutes after that time, and it still isn't prepared. We're able to leave, get gas down the street, and come back and it still isn't ready...again, this is standard so I look past it. We finally get the pizza and get home, and it is a puddle of grease. It's leaked through the box, plates and napkins are soaked, etc... on top of the toppings being piled on haphazardly which is also normal. Then to place the cherry on top of this crap sundae, we find hair on our breadsticks. We call them to hopefully get a resolve to this issue, and we were able to binge watch a show, make another phone call, email Little Ceasars Corporate who hasnt responded, then call the bank to dispute the charge for this mess... ALL WHILE BEING ON HOLD. It's almost impressive how bad they are.
Edit: trying again after awhile to see how they would do and these are the photos of what we got. This place is a joke. We ordered delivery and somebody served us this. You can't call the store because everybody there is too useless to pick up the phone, and we ordered delivery for the convenience of not having to drive to that crappy parking set up on a Sunday, so once again, having to call the bank to dispute the charge because there's no way we're paying for this. Get it together or do us all a favor close this store down so they cant poison people with this crap they have the nerve...

I had recently moved from Michigan to Arizona. On Saturday, August 9th @6:00pm, I had went into the Little Caesars' Maricopa location (20800 N. John Wayne PKWY 106, Maricopa, AZ 85139) to purchase a deep dish pizza and crazy bread. The order came to a total of $9.78 and I had then attempted to pay with a $100 bill. The employee told me that "this store" does not accept large bills. After I had heard this statement, I had asked for the store manager to see if they could make an exception because I did not have any smaller bills (and I could prove the bill was real). Also, based on my positive experiences with the Lake Orion, MI store and Gilbert, AZ store, I thought they would re-consider. In either case, the store manager refused. I had then gone down to the pub for change and they gracefully accommodated my request without purchasing any items from them. I find it absolutely absurd to refuse a paying customer because they are submitting a $100 bill for your products. I felt the store could have sought some viable options for me rather than giving me the impression that I am "crazy" to complain about this issue (Note: One of the employees overhearing this issue said "I am out of here" like I wasn't worth hearing my grievance). In my business world, the customer is put first. I certainly didn't feel this way at the Maricopa store. Furthermore, franchise or not, Little Caesars should not have inconsistent standards between your stores. There should be a standardized customer experience that provides flexibility for your customer base. I have been buying LC products for years. This has definitely left a bad taste...
Read moreI bought a pizza today. I haven't bought one in years from Little Caesars in Maricopa. And I never will again. The pizza was burnt to a crisp. My husband picked it up. Have I picked it up, I would have open the box to check it out and ask my money back. Burnt is and understatement. I don't know who in the hell would think after taking this pizza out of the oven it was okay to put it in the box for somebody to pick up and let alone pay for but they need to be fired. This is ridiculous!!!! I'm not well enough to get up and take the pizza back and my husband just worked a 10-hour shift on a Saturday so I didn't ask him to take the pizza back. But believe me I have contacted the corporate office and I will get my damn money back. What a disgrace.
This location in Maricopa is the only location in the entire town serving probably a million people. They are always understaffed, even though the staff and the Management absolutely must be aware of how many pizzas they typically sell in a day. Therefore it's common sense to schedule enough people per shift to handle the volume of business that they do. You don't have to be a manager to figure that out. I guess that's just too logical. The pizza is unpredictable. Some days you get a good pizza for less than $10, but most the time it's not. You never know whether you're getting a pizza that's been sitting there for who knows how long or that doesn't taste or resemble anything that you asked for. We only go here as a last resort to nothing else we can find to eat quickly...
