I love Chick-Fil-A and routinely eat there, but I placed an order for delivery this evening at the East Lake location and everything was horrible. First they were late, the food was cold, they forgot one of the meals, and one of the condiment requests. So I called the restaurant in attempt to resolve and spoke the the manager Brian. He stated he’d gladly redeliver as soon as possible. The original delivery window was 15-30 minutes. An hour after I had originally placed my order I called again and Brian specifically told me that the driver would be here any minute that they had many deliveries tonight because they were giving away free food for Veterans Day. I thought, okay I’ll give them a break and waited another 15 minutes and no food. It’s now been three times as long as it was supposed to take to get my food here and I call Brian again. I am informed by Avery that he was getting in his vehicle to take out a delivery order. I politely as I could asked her that if it was my order to please stop him and ask him to come to the phone. I finally asked for my money back. I was more irritated with the fact the manager clearly lied to me the last time I called by telling me the driver would be there any minute, he knew they wouldn’t because he hadn’t left with it. Definitely put off with this Chick-Fil-A. This store did not live up to the standards of every other Chick-Fil-A I’ve been to. That’s half of the reason I enjoy going there is they listen to your order and rarely ever get it wrong or they make it up twice over. Super disappointing service and food tonight! I eat Chick-Fil-A at least three times a week, and normally go to the Marietta Trade Center one on Cobb Parkway South and I am used to their standard of service and quality of food, this store could definitely take some lessons from Marietta...
Read moreThank you Deandre and Camila for taking care of me this evening as it refreshing to receive a blessing from God and allowing to eat tonight. I have been worried a little worried that I won't be able to provide for my family but that gift was the sign I need to remember that God is going to make a way and take of me, for I am a new child of God. To the owner thank you for hiring young people, and retaining your veteran employees. Only suggestion i would make is get additional help in the evening 20 minute for waiting on a salad was a little irritating. Camila explain to me the event that lead to long wait time, and I came to understand she was understaff and had newer employee but I want you to give her a high-five and the additional help and training to better serve the evening crowd. Chick-fil-a has over the year become a place know for getting guest in and out with great food and alway the best customer service in tonight and I thank you hold true to you belief system and staying close on the Day of the Lord. Read moreI moved here from the north 20 years ago and I have to admit, I never really understood this whole Chick-fil-A phenomenon. Honestly, it really annoyed me! For years, people would say, well if you haven't tried it, how can you even have an opinion about it! It is a sad event how I finally tried Chick-fil-A. A family member told me I need to eat something. The closest place on the way home from a tragic day, there it was Chick-fil-A. I thought, wow, it comes to this. I have been in many a fast-food drive thru's and this was a top notch experience My experience with Chick-fil-A was so above and beyond anything I have experienced with fast food, I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. The immediate authentic kindness and smiles and making sure I was ok out of concern was refreshing. The drive-thru cashier saw I was upset and I explained what I was dealing with and wasn't even sure when my last meal was over the last few days. She was so sweet, turned around, I believe said something to someone and asked me to pull forward and park my car. She brought my order to the car, took my hand and said there is no charge for my meal and please know that there are people that care and to please take care of myself. She asked if I would eat first before getting back on the road. Honestly, it all hit me the humanity of what happened the next day and I have not looked back to my Negative Opinions of Chick-fil-A. Thank you, thank you and I now understand what this "whole Chick-fil-a phenomenon is all about! With Love and Gratitude, a loyal customer for...
