I've now had two major issues occur while ordering pick-up from Napolis. In both cases, I ordered their individual sized spaghetti w/ cheese.
The first issue occured when they bagged the food so poorly that greese escaped the container, and ruined the bag. When I went to pick it up to take inside, the entire bag ripped open, spilled even more greese and fell onto the ground, spilling open. When I called to complain, they did nothing to fix the issue. $11.00 wasted and a messed up car seat.
The second issue was when I placed an order for pickup at their Marietta location, and the associate incorrectly placed the order at the Vienna location. When I went to pick up the food is when I learned of this, and had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake the food. I paid and went home.
I attempted to order again today and was told I cannot until I pay the ~$11 for the unpicked up order at Vienna. I am not responsible for their associates incorrectly placing an order, and will not pay an additional $11 for an issue that was not my fault.
The food is fine, but this is clearly a business that has no issues with their clients having bad experiences, and making them waste money on their mistakes.

Delivery guy showed up, handed me one of the items I ordered, then proceeded to take off so I shouted "Hey you forgot my sub". He acted like he didn't believe me saying "it's not in the bag?" (which it wasn't) so he looked at my receipt and told me he'd be back. Almost 30 minutes had passed and he hadn't shown up. Called and the manager told me they were in the process of making it and they'd get it out to me. I asked if I could be refunded for the sub for the poor experience. She said she couldn't but she could give me her general managers number. I told her to forget it and hung up. 10 minutes after that the delivery guy showed up with the sub. opened up the packaging and It looked like it was just thrown together poorly. This business used to be known for quality but that is certainly not what you receive from the Marietta location anymore. I likely will not be ordering from them again for...

I’ve made this same order here many times and said exactly that, and the employee would confirm I meant provolone. Tonight when I said that, there was no clarification from her end. It wasn’t until I drove home that I realized my spaghetti had no cheese on it, but Parmesan packets on the side. Really was not a big deal, I figure just a misunderstanding. However when I called the restaurant to explain to a presumable manager that had happened looking for a resolution, she told me that the employee on the phone DID confirm those specifications without a doubt, acted as if I was the one who somehow messed up my order, although I’ve made this exact order countless times.
